Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ Հայաստանի դեմ պատերազմի առաջին գծում

Ադրբեջանի ցանկացած պահանջ անվերապահորեն կատարելու իր պատրաստակամությունը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հիմնավորում է պատերազմից խուսափելու ցանկությամբ։ Նա հետևողականորեն, մեթոդաբար հասարակությանը համոզում է, որ եթե չենթարկվի Ադրբեջանի թելադրանքին, իսկ վերջին օրինակով՝ եթե չհանձնի Տավուշի շրջանի չորս գյուղերը, Ադրբեջանը դրանք կվերցնի պատերազմով։ Պատերազմի ելքն էլ, ինչպես ասում է, գիտի, այսինքն՝ ցանկացած դեպքում Հայաստանը պարտվելու է։

Այսպիսով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը սեփական հասարակության հետ իր հարաբերութունները պարզելու, սեփական հասարակությանը թշնամական պարտադրանքին չդիմադրելու մեջ համոզելու համար օգտագործում է նույն թշնամական սպառնալիքը՝ պատերազմի տեսքով։ Ընդ որում, կոնկրետ Տավուշի մարզի գյուղերի հետ կապված՝ Ադրբեջանն առնվազն պաշտոնապես պատերազմի սպառնալիք չի հնչեցրել, դա առաջինը բարձրաձայնել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և այդ թեզի վրա էլ կառուցում է իր հանձնողականության հերթական արարը։

Տվյալ դեպքում խնդիրը միայն այն չէ, որ պատերազմի սպառնալիքի դեպքում երկրի ղեկավարը ոչ թե այդ մասին ճամարտակություններով զբոսանքներ է կազմակերպում տարբեր բնակավայրերում, այլ պետությունը, բանակը, բոլոր համակարգերը բերում է պատերազմական ռեժիմին համարժեք վիճակի։

Դրանից գուցե ավելի կարևոր է այն, որ իրականում նման մանիպուլյացիաներով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ինքն է պատերազմ մղում սեփական ժողովրդի դեմ։ Պատերազմը, այո, զինված գործողությունների հավաքականությունն է, բայց միայն ռազմականով չի սահմանափակվում։

Պատերազմն ունի նաև բարոյահոգեբանական, արժեբանական, գաղափարական դրսևորումներ։ Երբ որևէ մեկը հետևողականորեն հասարակության շրջանում արժեզրկում է իր պատմությունը, անցյալը, հիշողությունը, ավանդույթները, հավաքական իղձերը, և այսպես շարունակ, դա հենց բարոյահոգեբանական, արժեքային պատերազմ է այդ նույն հասարակության դեմ։

Ստացվում է դժոխային պատկեր։ Պետության ղեկավարն այդ նույն պետության քաղաքացիների, հասարակության դեմ վարում է քարոզչական, հոգեբանական, գաղափարական պատերազմ՝ դրա շրջանակներում իր նպատակներին հասնելու համար օգտագործելով արտաքին թշնամու կողմից ռազմական գործողություններ՝ ֆիզիկական պատերազմ սանձազերծելու սպառնալիքը։

Այսինքն՝ Հայաստանի, հայ հասարակության դեմ վարվում է մի քանի հարթության պատերազմ, որոնցից առնվազն մի քանիսում ներգրավված է երկրի բարձրագույն իշխանությունը՝ քաղաքական վերնախավով, գործադիր ու օրենսդիր իշխանությամբ, իշխանական քարոզչությամբ, պետական բոլոր ռեսուրսներով։

Իսկ այս գործընթացի սատանայականությունն այն է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փորձելու է իր առջև դրված նպատակներին հասնել իր կողմից վարվող ոչ ֆիզիկական պատերազմի՝ հանրությանը բարոյալքելու, սպառնալու միջոցով, բայց եթե դա հաջողությամբ չպսակվի, գործի է դրվելու մյուս՝ ֆիզիկական պատերազմի տարբերակը՝ արդեն Ադրբեջանի կատարմամբ։ Հայ հասարակության խնդիրն այսպիսով, առաջին հերթին, փաշինյանական անտեսանելի պատերազմում հաղթելն է, որը հնարավորություն կտա կամ բացառել Ադրբեջանի կողմից պատերազմի սանձազերծումը, կամ, դրա տեղի ունենալու դեպքում՝ իրական պայքար մղել՝ առանց թշնամական նպատակներին ծառայողների ղեկավարության։
