ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարությունը համակարծիք չէ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ի հայտարարության հետ առ այն, որ ապրիլի 5-ին Բրյուսելում վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ուրսուլա Ֆոն դեր Լեյենի և ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենի կայանալիք հանդիպումը «ակնհայտորեն միակողմանի է, կանխակալ և հիմնված երկակի ստանդարտների վրա» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am)։ Այս մասին ճեպազրույցում ասել է Պետքարտուղարության խոսնակ Մեթյու Միլլերը:

«Այս հանդիպման առանցքը տնտեսական դիմակայունությունն է՝ օգնելու Հայաստանին դիվերսիֆիկացնել իր առևտրային գործընկերությունները և լուծել մարդասիրական կարիքները: Ես չեմ կարողանում հասկանալ, թե ինչու դա կարող է էսկալացիոն լինել կամ անհանգստացնել աշխարհի որևէ երկրի», - ասել է Միլլերը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ նախօրեին Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն տարածել էր հայտարարություն, որում պնդրել էր, թե իբր ԵՄ-ն և ԱՄՆ-ն կիսելու են պատասխանատվությունը Հայաստանի ցանկացած «ապակայունացնող» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am) գործողության համար:

Բաքուն մեկնաբանել էր ապրիլի 5-ին Բրյուսելում կայանալիք հանդիպումը, որի շրջանակում կքննարկվեն Հայաստանի զարգացմանը նպաստող եռակողմ համագործակցության ուղիները:

Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ հայտարարության մեջ նշվում էր, որ ԵՄ-ի, Հայաստանի և ԱՄՆ-ի համատեղ համաժողովն «ակնհայտորեն միակողմանի է, կանխակալ և հիմնված երկակի ստանդարտների վրա» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am)։

«Այս համաժողովը «թափանցիկ չէ, զուրկ է տարածաշրջանային ընդգրկունությունից և հակասում է տարածաշրջանում այդքան անհրաժեշտ վստահության և ինտեգրման ձևավորմանը» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am): Այս համաժողովը հայկական կողմին խաղաղ բանակցությունների մղելու փոխարեն տարածաշրջանում «նոր բաժանարար գծեր ու ազդեցության շրջանակներ է ստեղծում» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am)։ Հայաստանում «ռևանշիստական տրամադրությունների» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am) ֆոնին Վաշինգտոնի և Բրյուսելի նման բացահայտ հայանպաստ հասարակական դիրքորոշումը կարող է վտանգավոր պատրանք ստեղծել, որ ԵՄ-ն և ԱՄՆ-ն կաջակցեն նրան «Ադրբեջանի դեմ հաջորդ հնարավոր սադրանքներում» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am)։ Այս դեպքում ԵՄ-ն և ԱՄՆ-ն կիսելու են Հայաստանի ցանկացած «ապակայունացնող գործողությունների» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am) պատասխանատվությունը։

Այն ժամանակ, երբ եզակի հնարավորություն է ստեղծվում կայուն խաղաղության, կայունության և անվտանգության հասնելու համար՝ հիմնված միջազգային իրավունքի հիմնարար նորմերի և սկզբունքների վրա, մենք ևս մեկ անգամ կոչ ենք անում բոլոր կողմերին ձեռնպահ մնալ քայլերից, որոնք կարող են բացասական ազդեցություն ունենալ խաղաղության ջանքերի վրա և տարածաշրջանում էսկալացիայի և լարվածության նոր ալիքներ հրահրել», - ասվում էր հայտարարության մեջ:

2023 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 5-ին Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լայենը Գրանադայում հանդիպումից հետո հանդես էին եկել համատեղ հայտարարությամբ: Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լայենը տեղեկացրել էր Հայաստանին աջակցելու համար ԵՄ-ԱՄՆ համատեղ միջոցառման նախապատրաստման մասին։
