Մենք Մոսկվային մասնավոր նախազգուշացում էինք փոխանցել. Պետդեպը՝ Crocus City Hall-ում կատարվածի մասին

Մարտի սկզբին մենք նախազգուշացրել ենք Ռուսաստանի կառավարությանը Մոսկվայում ծրագրված ահաբեկչական հարձակման մասին, որը հատկապես կարող է թիրախավորել խոշոր հավաքները, ներառյալ համերգները: Այս մասին ճեպազրույցում ասել է Պետքարտուղարության խոսնակ Մեթյու Միլլերը:

«Մենք նրանց փոխանցել էինք այդ մասնավոր նախազգուշացումը, որը համահունչ է մեր պարտականությունին՝ զգուշացնելու այն դեպքում, երբ մենք ունենք, տեսնում ենք կամ հավաքում ենք ահաբեկչական հարձակումների կամ հնարավոր ահաբեկչությունների մասին հետախուզական տվյալներ»,- ասել է Միլլերը:

Միևնույն ժամանակ խոսնակը չի բացահայտել կոնկրետ ուղիները, որոնցով իրենք տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ռուսական կողմին։

Վերջինս հիշեցրել է, որ մի քանի ամիս առաջ Պետդեպն Իրանին նախազգուշացրել էր երկրում «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորման կողմից հավանական ահաբեկչության մասին, ինչ հետագայում իրականություն դարձավ:

Միլլերը նաև հավելել է, որ Ուկրաինան ներգրավված չէ Crocus City Hall համալիրում տեղի ունեցած ահաբեկչությանը՝ ընդգծելով, որ դրա վերաբերյալ որևէ ապացույց չկա:

Հիշեցնենք, որ մարտի 22-ի երեկոյան մի խումբ զինված տղամարդիկ ինքնաձիգներից կրակ են բացել Մոսկվայի Crocus City Hall-ում, ինչից հետո տեղում պայթյուն է տեղի ունեցել և հրդեհ է բռնկվել: Հաղորդվում է առնվազն 137 զոհի մասին: ՌԴ ԱԴԾ-ն հայտարարել է, որ մարդկանց վրա կրակած ահաբեկիչները ձերբակալվել են Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Բրյանսկի շրջանում՝ Ուկրաինայի հետ սահմանի մոտ, և որ նրանք ուղևորվում էին Ուկրաինա, քանի որ «այնտեղ կապեր ունեն»։ ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի խոսքով՝ ահաբեկչության համար կասկածվողների համար «պատուհան էր պատրաստվել Ուկրաինայի հետ սահմանը հատելու համար»։ Ուկրաինական հետախուզությունը հայտարարել է, որ Ռուսաստանի տարածած վարկածը, թե Մոսկվայի մարզում ահաբեկչության հեղինակները փախուստի էին դիմում Ուկրաինա, իրականությանը չի համապատասխանում:
