Դեէսկալացիա՝ մեր սահմաններին և մեր ներսում. Վահե Հովհաննիսյան

Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.
 
Հայաստանը մտնում է այլանդակ փուլ. օդում կախված են բոլոր աննորմալ-վտանգավոր սցենարները։ Քարոզիչը ձևակերպում է հետագա աղետների գաղափարական հենքը։ Դիմացը անհասկանալի է, թե ինչ կա (դա հետո կպարզվի), բայց կա մոլորված, շփոթված ժողովուրդ։
Այս երկրում ապրում է մեր ժողովուրդը, մեր ընտանիքները, մեր երեխաները։ Մենք իրավունք չունենք հերթական էքսպերիմենտի զոհը դառնալու։
99 տոկոսանոց ականապատ դաշտից մեր պետությունը դուրս հանելու համար պետք է գրագետ բովանդակություն (քաղաքական միտք) և աշխատանքի արդյունավետ ձևաչափեր։
Իմ խորին համոզմամբ, ճիշտ բովանդակությունը դեէսկալացիան է։ Հայաստանին պետք է դեէսկալացիա՝ սահմաններին և ներսում։ Մենք 5-6 տարի է՝ ապրում ենք վտանգավոր տոքսիկ միջավայրում։ Սա պետք է դառնա մեր հասարակությանը համախմբող գաղափարը։
Նոր ձևաչափեր են պետք այս գաղափարը սպասարկելու համար, որպեսզի այն գաղափարից վերածվի կիրառական օրակարգի։ Պետք է նոր որակի քաղաքական միտք, նոր որակի հանրային մթնոլորտ, նոր որակի իշխանություն։ Լավագույն տարբերակը թերևս բոլոր տաղանդների կառավարության (The ministry of all talents) մոդելն է, որի մասին գրել եմ օրերս, որը հնարավորություն կտա բոլոր ունակ մարդկանց, անկախ քաղաքական և այլ տարբերություններից, լծվելու միասնական աշխատանքի ու մեղմելու ներքին թշնամանքը։
Շատ կարևոր դերակատարում ունեն ակտիվ անհատները, ձևավորված և ձևավորվելիք նոր շարժումները-ձևաչափերը, ինչպես նաև ավագ սերնդի մի խումբ գործիչներ, որոնց համար սա հայրենիք է, ու որոնց սիրտը պայթում է այս վիճակից։
Սա մեզ ուժ կտա՝ հաղթահարելու խոչընդոտները, որոնցից առավել խոշորներն են հասարակական ապատիան ու մանիպուլացվածությունը և, իհարկե, տարբեր անձնական-մերկանտիլ շահերը։
Պետք է սառը հաշվարկել մեր ունեցած պոզիտիվ ռեսուրսները, որոնք թույլ կտան դիմադրություն կազմակերպել։
