Հեղափոխական տանդեմ արևային մարտկոցն ունի 38,91% արդյունավետություն

Հետազոտողները առաջարկում են ստեղծել տանդեմ արևային մարտկոց, որը պարունակում է ածխածնային նանոխողովակների շերտ, գրում է Overclockers.ru-ն:

Ֆոտովոլտային համակարգերի էներգիայի արտադրությունը կարող է օպտիմիզացվել օգտագործելով տանդեմ արևային բջիջները: Այդ կառուցվածքը կարելի է պատկերացնել որպես երկու արևային վահանակներ, որոնք տեղադրված են միմյանց վրա: Երկու շերտերն էլ ուղղված են արևի լույսի տարբեր սպեկտրներին և դրանք, հատկապես, արդյունավետ են դարձնում արևային մարտկոցը: Հնդկական հետազոտական ​​թիմի հայեցակարգը նպատակ ունի հասնել 38,91% արդյունավետության: Նշենք, որ արևային մարտկոցների տանդեմի արդյունավետության ներկայիս ռեկորդը կազմում է 33%: Դա նշանակում է, որ արեգակնային էներգիայի մեկ երրորդը կարող է վերածվել էլեկտրական էներգիայի։ Այս դեպքում հետազոտողները որպես նյութ օգտագործել են սիլիցիում և պերովսկիտ։ Վերևի պերովսկիտային նյութը կլանում է հիմնականում կապույտ լույսը, իսկ ստորին սիլիկոնային նյութը կլանում է կարմիր լույսը:

Գորախպուրի (Հնդկաստան) տեխնոլոգիական համալսարանը մշակել է այլ արևային վահանակներ, որոնք, ենթադրաբար, ավելի արդյունավետ են: Հատկանշական է այն, որ դրանք պատրաստված են ոչ սիլիցիումից, ոչ պերովսկիտից։ Հետազոտողները որպես վերին շերտ օգտագործել են այսպես կոչված CIGS արևային մարտկոցը: Նրանց կիսահաղորդիչը բաղկացած է պղնձի (C), ինդիումի (I), գալիումի (G) և սելենի (S) միացությունից։ Այդ բջիջը կարող է հիմնականում ավելի կարճ երկարությունների ալիքները  վերածել էլեկտրականության: Ավելի երկար ալիքները, որոնք ներթափանցում են վերին բջիջ, այնուհետև մտնում են այնտեղ, ինչը կոչվում է SWCNT բջիջ: SWCNT նշանակում է Single Wall Carbon Nanotubes: Այդ միապատանի ածխածնային նանոխողովակները 100000 անգամ ավելի բարակ են, քան մարդու մազը և միայն մի քանի տարի է, ինչ օգտագործվում են ֆոտոգալվանային հետազոտություններում, քանի որ դրանց արտադրությունը շատ թանկ է: Ընդ որում, դրանք մշակվել են միայն 1993 թվականին: Համեմատության համար նշենք, որ առաջին գործնական սիլիցիումային արևային բջիջները ներկայացվել են դեռ 1954 թվականին:
