Չինաստանը մշակել է թղթից ավելի բարակ արևային մարտկոց

Թեև արևային մարտկոցների ճնշող մեծամասնությունը  սիլիցիումային է, բայց այդ տեխնոլոգիան ունի իր թերությունները, գրում է atomic-energy.ru-ն: Հիմնական թերությունը փոխակերպման արդյունավետությունն է, որը կազմում է ընդամենը 26%: Երկրորդը հաստությունն է, որը սովորաբար 0,15-ից 0,18 մմ է: Այդ պատճառով էլ սիլիկոնային արևային վահանակները չեն կարող օգտագործվել այնպիսի ծրագրերում, որոնք պահանջում են ճկուն և թեթև մոդուլներ:

Սակայն Չինաստանում Ցզյանսուի գիտության և տեխնոլոգիայի համալսարանի հետազոտողները փորձել են լուծում գտնել այս խնդրին։ Աշխատանքները իրականացրել են LONGi Green Energy Technology-ը, որը գտնվում է Սիան քաղաքում (Չինաստան) և Պերտում (Ավստրալիա) գտնվող Կուրտի համալսարանը: Հետազոտության հեղինակները իրենց աշխատանքը հրապարակել են 2024 թվականի հունվարի 31-ին Nature ամսագրում, որտեղ բացատրել էին, որ իրենք կարողացել են ստեղծել բյուրեղային սիլիցիումային արևային մարտկոց մոտ 50 միկրոն (կամ 0,05 մմ) հաստությամբ։ Չնայած այս նոր վահանակը տասն անգամ ավելի բարակ է, քան սովորական վահանակը, անգամ ավելի բարակ, քան՝ թղթի թերթիկը, այն չի կարելի ամբողջությամբ ծալել:

Այնուամենայնիվ, բավականաչափ ճկուն է փաթաթելու համար: Ի լրումն այս շատ հետաքրքիր ֆիզիկական բնութագրի, նոր վահանակը հասնում է աննախադեպ արդյունավետության սիլիկոնային մոդուլի համար: Փաստորեն, փոխակերպման արդյունավետությունը գերազանցել է 26%-ը, ավելի կոնկրետ դա 26,06%-ից հասել է 26,81%-ի։ Նույն տիպի մի քանի այլ վահանակներ նույնպես արտադրվել են 0,05 մմ-ից մինչև 0,13 մմ հաստությամբ, և բոլորն էլ ձեռք են բերել նմանատիպ արդյունավետություն: Հարկ է նաև նշել, որ այս  ամենը փորձարկվել են 274,4 սմ² մակերեսով մոդուլների վրա, ինչը ստանդարտ արևային մարտկոցի առևտրային չափսն է:

Այժմ հետազոտողները կենտրոնացած են ավելի արդյունավետ և ճկուն սիլիկոնային արևային մոդուլների ստեղծման վրա: Նպատա՞կը: Հնարավորություն տալ օգտագործել այդ վահանակները տիեզերանավերի, օդանավերի, դրոնների և նույնիսկ խելացի շարժական սարքերի սնուցման համար: Սա նաև թույլ կտա նրանց հարմարեցնել կոր տանիքներին կամ լողացող Ֆոտովոլտային պարկերին:
