Փաշինյանի «փնթի» մանիպուլյացիաները

Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ խորհրդարանում կրկին շարունակել է իր վտանգավոր մանիպուլացիաներն ու ահաբեկումները Տավուշի մարզի 4 գյուղերի վերադարձի հարցի քննարկման ժամանակ, կրկին պնդելով, որ Ադրբեջանի պահանջած այդ բոլոր գյուղերը հայկական չեն:

Փաշինյանը կրկին իր հետ խորհրդարան էր տարել ոսկեջրած քարտեզը՝ նշելով, թե Հայաստանի հանրապետության տարածքից ոչ մի սանտիմետր չեն հանձնում Ադրբեջանին։

Այն, որ Փաշինյանի և նրա կողմնակիցների այդ հայտարարությունները ընդամենը մանիպուլացիաներ են, թերևս որևէ մեկին ապացուցել չարժե։

Փաստն ակնհայտ է ու բոլորի համար էլ տեսանելի։ Միևնույն ժամանակ Փաշինյանը շարունակել է ընդդիմությանը վիրավորելով պնդել, թե տասնամյակներ շարունակ որևէ քայլ չի արվել այդ տարածքները յուրացնելու, հայկական դարձնելու համար։

Նշել է , թե Կիրանց-Բաղանիս ճանապարհի հատվածին խանութներ , հյուրատներ , ռեստորաներ չկան, այդ կերպ հիմնավոորելով, թե ի սկզբանե, դեռևս նախկին իշխանութունների օրոք , պարզ է եղել, որ այդ տարածքը հանձնելու են Ադրբեջանին։

Մինչդեռ 2005 թվականի կառավարության ընդունված որոշմամբ՝ միջպետական ճանապարհներին առնվազն 18 մետր և ավելի հեռավորության վրա է հնարավոր որևէ օբյեկտ կառուցել, ուստի , օրինակ, Կիրանց- Բաղանիս հատվածի ճանապարհը այնքան նեղ է ,որ հնարավոր չէ այդտեղ օրենքի տառը պահպանելով խանութ, կամ ռեստորան կառուցել, իսկ այդ հանգամանքը Փաշինյանն օգտագործում է նոր մանիպուլացիաներ անելով հանրությանը նախապատրաստել տարածքների հանձնման հարցում։
