«Ֆիզուլիի շրջանի զինվորական դատախազությունը հաղորդագրություն է ստացել, որ ՊՆ N-րդ զորամասի սպա Մուսաև Շահրիյար Նիզամի օղլուն ինքնասպան է իրեն ամրակցված հրազենի գործադրմամբ»,–ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
