1980-ականներին կազմվել է արձանագրություն, որով հաստատվել է, որ ՀՀ տարածքում ոչ մի անկլավ չկա, դրա տակ ստորագրել են Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը․ Բագրատյան

Վաղը խոսելու ենք Տիգրանաշենի մասին, ինչպես այսօր Տավուշի, սա ստրատեգիական կետ է, պետք է ժողովրդին տեղյակ պահենք, որ չկա փաստաթուղթ, որով Տիգրանաշենը երբևիցե եղել է Ադրբեջանի կազմում։ Այս մասին Տիգրանաշենում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց տնտեսագետ, ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետ Հրանտ Բագրատյանը։

«Եթե պայմանականորեն ընդունենք, որ այստեղ անկլավ կա, այդտեղից մինչև Նախիջևան 12 կմ է , Փաշինյանը դա էլ է տալիս, բայց դա ՀՀ սուվերեն տարածքն է։ Դա բացարձակ աբսուրդ է։ Որ ասում է մի սմ էլ տանք ռեֆերենդում կլինի, ոչ մի ռեֆերենդում էլ չի լինի։ Ինքն ասում է ադրբեջանցիները մեզ ասում են, որ մենք իրենցից գյուղատեղի ենք վերցրել, իսկ իրենք չեն վերցրել, սուտ է  ասում, բա Արծվաշենը»,- ասաց նա։

Հրանտ Բագրատյանի խոսքով Տիգրանաշենի հնարավոր հանձնումից հետո կտրվում է դեպի Սյունիք տանող ճանապարհը։  

«Այս գյուղը տալով ընդհատվում է դեպի Սյունիքի տանող ճանապարհը, անմիջական վտանգի տակ են հայտնվում Պարույր Սևակ գյուղը, Չիվան ու Ելփինը վարի են գնում։ Տիգրանաշենը հանձնելով՝ 4 գյուղ է դատարկվում։ Իսկ, եթե Տավուշում հանձնում ենք նաև Բարխուրդարը, աջից դատարկվում են Այգեհովիտ, Վազաշեն ու Պառավաքար գյուղերը, ձախից էլ Ոսկեպարը, Կիրանցը, Բաղանիսը , բացի այդ զրկվում ենք ճանապարհից, որով դուրս ենք գալիս Վրաստան։ Այս ամեն ինչը կտանք, խաղաղության պայմանագիրն էլ կստորագրենք, բայց ոչ մի տեղ գրած չի լինի, որտեղ է սկսվում և ավարտվում Հայաստանը»,- ասաց նախկին վարչապետը։

«Այդ գյուղերից հետո Ադրբեջանը կպահանջի երեք ճանապարհ, «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» կոչվածը ադրբեջանական «երգ» է, դրանով Սյունիքով երեք ճանապարհ պետք է տանք Ադրբեջանին դեպի Նախիջևան, որոնք կլինեն անվերահսկելի։

Ալիևն ասում է ինձ ոչ մի քարտեզ չի հետաքրքրում, 2018-ին խոսք ես տվել, տուր։  1980-ականներին ՀՀ ղեկավարությունը  Անտոն Քոչինյանը, Կարեն Դեմիրճյանը  բարձրացնում են հարց, որ անկլավները, որոնք գծվում են քարտեզների վրա, երբ է Հայաստանը տվել Ադրբեջանին  ու սկսվում են քննարկումներ։ Երկու կողմին էլ հրավիրում են Մոսկվա, պետանվտանգության պետ Կլյուչկովի մոտ ու կազմվում է 193  արձանագրություն, ըստ դրա գոյություն ունի 1 անկլավ Ադրբեջանի տարածքում՝ Արծվաշենը, իսկ Հայաստանի տարածքում ոչինչ չկա։ Այդ արձանագրության տակ ստորագրել է և՛ Հայաստանը, և՛ Ադրբեջանը, թող վերցնեն ու ուսումնասիրեն»,- նշեց Բագրատյանը։

Անդրադառնալով 1991թ-ի Ալմա Աթայի հռչակագրին, որին պարբերաբար հղում է  անում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, Բագրատյանը նշեց․

«Ալմա Աթայի հռչակագրից հետո  կա 1994 –ի մայիսի զինադադարը , որը վերաբերում է  նաև ՀՀ- Ադրբեջան  սահմաններին, որտեղ նշվում էր, որ բոլորը մնում են այնտեղ, որտեղ կանգնած են»։
