ՆԱՏՕ-ի ապտակը Փաշինյանին

Մինչ Հայաստանի արևմտամետներն ու գործող վարչախմբի սպասարկուները փորձում են ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Յենս Ստոլտենբերգի այցին խորհրդանշական, գրեթե պատմական, իրողություններ վերագրել, հենց Հյուսիս- ատլանտյան դաշինքն իր հայտարարութուններով և քայլերով ապացուցում է, որ Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանում իր գործընկերը ոչ թե Հայաստանն է, կամ նույնիսկ Վրաստանը, այլ՝ Ադրբեջանը։

ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարը նախօրեին Բաքվում 3 հանդիպում է ունեցել. Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի, պաշտպանության նախարար Զաքիր Հասանովի և արտգործնախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովի հետ, ու արձանագրել, որ Ադրբեջանը լավ գործընկեր է ՆԱՏՕ-ի համար, իսկ ադրբեջանական բանակը թուրքական զինուժի օրինակով վերակազմակերպելու կապակցությամբ գովեստի խոսքեր շռայլել Զաքիր Հասանովին։

Միևնույն ժամանակ ՆԱՏՕ-ն հաղորդագրություն էր տարածել, որ Հայաստանում և Վրաստանում Ստոլտենբերգը հանդիպելու է միայն երկրների վարչապետներին և նախագահներին։

Որևէ նախարարի հետ հանդիպում նախատեսված չէ։ Համենայն դեպս հրապարակային պաշտոնական հայտարարության մեջ այդպիսի բան չի նշվում, մինչդեռ Ադրբեջանի դեպքում հատուկ նշվել էր:

Հարկ է նշել, որ նախագահների հետ հանդիպումն ընդամենը «պռոտոկոլային» և ձևական բնույթ է կրելու. Հայաստանն ու Վրաստանը խորհրդարանական հանրապետություններ են և նախագահներն առանձնապես ազդեցություն չունեն։

Նման այցի ժամանակ այսպիսի տարբերակում դնելով՝ Հյուսիսատլանտյան դաշինքը պարզ և հասկանալի բացատրում է Հայաստանին և Վրաստանին, թե առաջիկայում ում է պատկերացնում որպես տարածաշրջանի առաջատար պետություն։

Հայաստանը, գտնվելով թշնամական երկու պետությունների հարևանությամբ, խնդիրներ հարուցելով Ռուսաստանի հետ այժմ էլ նման ապտակ է ստանում ՆԱՏՕ-ից։ Այս հանգամանքը պետք է չափազանց լուրջ մտորելու տեղիք տա հայ հասարակությանն ու քաղաքական ուժերին, գիտակցելու, թե ինչ հետևանքներ կարող է ունենալ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետագա պաշտոնավարումը։
