Բնակիչների հետ հանդիպում, որպես այդպիսին, չի եղել. ի՞նչ են ասել Փաշինյանին Նոյեմբերյանում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երեկ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այցելել է Ոսկեպար և, ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությունից, «հանդիպել Ոսկեպարի, Բաղանիսի և հարակից բնակավայրերի բնակիչների հետ»։ Սակայն «բնակիչների հետ» բառակապակցությունը, «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, մեղմ ասած, չափազանցված է: Բանն այն է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ոչ թե այցելել է գյուղեր, շրջել ու զրուցել մարդկանց հետ, ինչպես սիրում էր անել ժամանակին, այլ ունեցել է դահլիճային փակ հանդիպում (նույնը՝ Կիրանցում), որին ներկա են եղել համայնքների ղեկավարներ, համայնքապետարանների աշխատակիցներ, քպական ակտիվը ու ևս մի քանի «ընտրյալներ», որոնց ցանկը կազմվել է նախապես՝ մանրակրկիտ ուսումնասիրությունից հետո:

Այսինքն, իրական հանդիպում «բնակիչների հետ», որի ժամանակ մարդիկ իրենց կարծիքն ուղիղ կասեին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, չի եղել: Ավելին, մինչև վերջին պահը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի այցը գաղտնի էր պահվում, իսկ լրատվամիջոցների հարցին կառավարությունից պատասխանում էին, թե «վարչապետի այցերի մասին մենք միշտ ժամանակին տեղեկացնում ենք»: Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, բնակիչների անունից խոսել է Նոյեմբերյան համայնքի ղեկավար, «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության քաղխորհրդի անդամ Արսեն Աղաբաբյանը: Մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ նա բավական կոշտ ելույթ է ունեցել, նշել է, որ ադրբեջանցիները Հայաստանից բավական տարածքներ են օկուպացրել, բայց դրանց մասին խոսք անգամ չկա, այնինչ խոսվում է Ադրբեջանի պահանջը կատարելու պատրաստակամության մասին՝ Տավուշի մարզի տարածքների հետ կապված:

Աղաբաբյանը, մեր տեղեկություններով, ասել է, որ այդ տարածքների հանձնումը նախ՝ անկլավ կդարձնի հենց Ոսկեպար ու Բաղանիս գյուղերը, երկրորդ՝ վտանգի տակ կդնի ռազմավարական նշանակության ճանապարհը, ինչի հետևանքով ոչ միայն խնդրահարույց կդառնա Վրաստանի հետ կապը այս հատվածում, այլև լրջորեն կվնասի հենց Նոյեմբերյանին, որտեղից մարդիկ պարզապես կհեռանան: Մեր զրուցակցի խոսքերով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը «շատ ուշադիր լսել է», հետո ինչոր անորոշ բաներ է խոսել, ի մասնավորի՝ «կուսումնասիրենք», «հանձնաժողով կստեղծենք» և այլն, վախեցրել է պատերազմով, ապա հեռացել է առանց կոնկրետ բան ասելու: Ընդ որում, մեր տեղեկություններով, նա ավելի շուտ է թողել-հեռացել, քան նախատեսվում էր, ավելին, ականատեսների խոսքերով, բավական այլայլված է եղել ու նեղված՝ նույնիսկ «ընտրովի» հանդիպման ժամանակ սառն ու անբարյացակամ վերաբերմունքից:
