Անընդհատ ասում է՝ տանք-տանք. ինչի՞ դիմաց ես տալիս, երբ Բաքվում հայտարարում են՝ «Էրիվան», «մենք չենք կանգնելու» ․ «Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնության անդամ

«Ոսկեպարում է գտնվում հայկական եկեղեցի, որը 7-րդ դարի կոթող է: 7-րդ դարում այս տարածաշրջանում թուրքական ներկայություն չի եղել, դրանից 400-500 տարի հետ են թուրքերը հայտնվել այս տարածաշրջանում»,- Aravot.am-ի հետ զրույցում այսպես է հակադարձել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին  «ՀայաՔվե» նախաձեռնության անդամ Արամ Պետրոսյանը՝ նկատելով, որ այդ բնակավայրեի հայաբնակ եւ հայապատկան լինելու ապացույցը հենց դա է:

«ՀայաՔվե» նախաձեռնության անդամները նախօրեին եղել են Տավուշի մարզի Ոսկեպար եւ Բաղանիս գյուղերում, որոնք, ըստ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, երբեւէ Հայաստանի տարածքում չեն եղել ու դրանք պետք է հանձնել Ադրբեջանին: Նշյալ բնակավայրերը Ադրբեջանին հանձնելով, ըստ Պետրոսյանի, մենք ադրբեջանական նշանառության տակ ենք դնում Հայաստան-Վրաստան միջպետական ճանապարհը, որը Հայաստանի համար ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունի: Հայաստանը Վրաստանին կապող երեք միջպետական ճանապարհ կա, որոնցից մեկն անցնում է այդ տարածքներով: Արդյունքում, այդ ճանապարհը միջպետականից վերածվելու է ադրբեջանական վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող միջհամայնքային ճանապարհի:

 Ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի ստորաբաժանումները կտեղակայվեն Ոսկեպար-Բաղանիս հատվածում. «Ադրբեջանցիները բազմաթիվ փորձեր են արել այդ հատվածում առաջ գալ, չի ստացվել: Այդ բնակավայրերով չնայենք միայն, պետական մասշտաբով նայենք. այդ դեպքում մենք ավելի մեծ կորուստներ կունենանք: Օրինակ, ասում էր՝ Շուշին պիտի հանձնեինք՝ պատերազմն ավարտվեր կամ Քարվաճառը հանձնեց՝ ունեցանք Արցախի ամբողջական կորուստը: Այդ տարածաշրջանը միայն այդ գյուղերով չի սահմանափակվում, մանավանդ, հակառակորդն էլ չի թաքցնում, որ ինքն ավելի է առաջ գալու, սա միայն սկիզբն է, հետեւաբար, հետեւանքները շատ ավելի ծանր կլինեն, քան մենք պատկերացնում ենք: Մեր երկրի ղեկավարն անընդհատ հայտարարում է՝ տանք- տանք. ինչի՞ դիմաց ես տալիս, տալիս ես 33 բնակավայրերի դիմա՞ց, եկեք մտածենք՝ մենք կշահե՞նք, թե՝ կտուժենք: Բայց ասել՝ տանք, այն պարագայում, երբ Ադրբեջանի մայրաքաղաքում հայտարարվում է «Էրիվան», «Արեւմտյան Ադրբեջան», «մենք չենք կանգնելու» եւ այլն, արդյունքը շատ ավելի վատն է լինելու»:

Իսկ ամեն ինչ հանձնելու՝ Փաշինյանի մոլուցքն Արամ Պետրոսյանն այսպես է բացատրում. «Իմ կարծիքով, Փաշինյանն անկեղծ սիրում է ադրբեջանցիներին. ավելի շատ՝ քան հայերին: Դեռ լրագրող ժամանակ էր իր մամուլով ասում՝ Արցախը բեռ է, պետք է տանք թուրքերին, մենք էլ գնանք համերաշխության»: «Մեկը՝ մի քիչ զուսպ, մյուսը՝ մի քիչ արտահայտիչ, բոլորն էլ իրենց կարծիքը հայտնում են. որեւիցե զիջման մասին, իհարկե, խոսք լինել չի կարող»,- բնակչության տրամադրություններն է փոխանցել Արամ Պետրոսյանը:
