Ռուսաստանն ընտրություններից հետո ավելի կոշտ է լինելու Հայաստանի նկատմամբ

Ռուսաստանում երեկ ավարտվեցին նախագահական եռօրյա ընտրությունները։ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը, ինչպես և կանխատեսվում էր, ռեկորդային ձայների քանակ ստացավ 87,33 %։ Նրա «մրցակիցները» ստացել են 3-ից 4 % քվե։

Ի սկզբանե ակնհայտ էր, որ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին որևէ մեկը չի կարող ձեռնոց նետել։ Հատկապես, Ուկրաինայում ռազմական գործողությունների ֆոնին Ռուսաստանի իշխանությունները պետք է ոչ միայն սեփական երկրին, այլ նաև ողջ աշխարհին ցույց տային, որ ունեն բավարար ուժ և կամք, և այդ նպատակով նույնիսկ ժողովրդավարության նոմինալ ցուցադրումը վախի և թուլության արտահայտություն կլիներ Ռուսաստանի համար:

Ռուսաստանի նախագահական ընտրություններից հետո ինչպես Ռուսաստանում, այնպես էլ աշխարհում նոր իրադրություն է ստեղծվելու։ Սեփական երկրից վստահության նման կրեդիտ ստանալուց հետո Վլադիմիր Պուտինը կարող է այլևս առավել վստահ գործել այլ ռազմական և քաղաքական միավորումներից ծագող սպառնալիքների և վտանգների դեմ։ Սակայն պետք է փաստել, որ Ռուսաստանի ընտրությունների նման արդյունքը վտանգավոր կարող է լինել Հայաստանի համար։

Գործող իշխանությունները կանխամտածված, թե չգիտությամբ փչացնում են հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ, ինչը հղի է լրջագույն հետևանքներով, առավել ևս, որ ռուսական պաշտոնական շրջանակները վերջին ժամանակներս այլևս ոչ թե քաղաքական հայտարարություններ են անում, այլ՝ բացահայտ սպառնալիքներ տալիս Հայաստանին։
