Հաջորդը լինելու է Մատենադարանը․ Վահե Հովհաննիսյան

Հայաստանի և հայ ժողովրդի դեմ տոտալ պատերազմը նոր թափ է առնում. «Ոչ մի բուհ Երևանում չպետք է լինի», ասում է գործող վարչապետը։

Քայլի հետևում մի´ փնտրեք կրթական կոմպոնենտ և մի´ մտեք սխալ նարատիվով բանավեճի մեջ։ Այստեղ, բացի պետություն քանդելու մոլուցքից կամ հրահանգից, ուրիշ մոտիվացիա չկա։
1915 թ-ին զանգվածային կոտորածները սկսվեցին ժողովրդի գրագետ շերտի ոչնչացմամբ։ Հիմա նույնն է. երկրի մայրաքաղաքում փակում են բուհերը։

Սրանք երեք տարի է՝ Շուռնուխում 20 տուն չեն կարողանում սարքել, ակադեմիական քաղաք սարքո՞ղ են։
Ո՞ր մայրաքաղաքում չկա բուհ, որ Երևանում չպետք է լինի։ Փարիզո՞ւմ չկա, Հռոմո՞ւմ, Մոսկվայո՞ւմ, Լոնդոնո՞ւմ, Վիեննայո՞ւմ... Նրա նախարարները կարող են ձայն չհանել, բայց բուհերի պրոֆեսորադասախոսական կազմերը չեն կարող լռել։ Հասարակությունը չի կարող լռել։

Եթե մայրաքաղաքում բուհ չպետք է լինի՝ իր աուրայով, իր պատմությամբ, իր մշակույթով, բա ուրիշ ի՞նչ լինի, կառավարական դաչանե՞ր։ Սա պետություն քանդելու ծրագիր է։

Վերջին 4-5 իբր բարեփոխումները նույն տրամաբանության մեջ են՝ Սահմանադրության փոփոխություն, էլեկտրոնային դեղատոմսեր, տրանսպորտի գին, եկամուտների համատարած պարտադիր հայտարարագրում, «խոպանչիների հարկ» և այլն։

Այնուամենայնիվ, սա նաև ստեղծում է լուրջ սոցիալական բազա՝ հանրության կոնսոլիդացիայի և չարիքի իշխանությունից ազատվելու համար։ Իշխանությունն ինքը տալիս է իրեն փոխելու սոցիալական հենքը։ Մնում է՝ վերցնել բնական օրակարգը և ճիշտ մենեջմենթով հասնել արդյունքի։

Կոպիտ սխալ է՝ հանրության տարբեր խմբերին կշտամբել, թե «այսքան բան կատարվեց՝ ձայն չհանեցիք», կամ «4 գյուղը տալիս է՝ չեք խոսում, բայց ձեր բուհի համար պայքարում եք»։ Նախ՝ շատ-շատերը հենց այդ նույն խմբերից ձայն հանել են, և եթե չի եղել ճիշտ առաջնորդություն և ձայն հանողների պայքարը գրագետ չի կազմակերպվել, ապա դա չի նշանակում, որ մեղավորն այս մարդիկ են։

Մի խումբ որոշել է քանդել ամեն ինչ. մեր խնդիրն է՝ դա թույլ չտալ և, ի վերջո, այդ խումբը փոխարինել գրագետ իշխանությամբ։

Ասում եմ ամենայն լրջությամբ. առաջիկայում սրանցից կարող եք լսել  Մատենադարանի փակման անհրաժեշտության մասին, կհաջորդի Գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիան. գիտական ոչ մի հիմնարկ Երևանում չպետք է լինի։
Հետո ասելու են՝ Երևանում ոչ մի եկեղեցի չպետք է լինի, մի հեռու տեղ կառուցում ենք «հոգևորական քաղաք»։

Թատրոններ և համերգասրահներ չպետք է լինեն. կառուցում ենք «մշակութային քաղաք»։ Ոչինչ չեն կառուցելու, բայց ինտենսիվ կարող են ամեն ինչ քանդել։
