Բիրտանական ռազվեդկեն կոնկրետ խնդիր ունի հայաստանյան տիրույթում բացով խաղալու . Արմեն Հովասափյան

Արմեն Հովասափյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

Գուցե ինձ դավադրապաշտության մեջ մեղադրեք, կամ կոնսպիրոլոգ սարքեք, բայց ես համարյա կասկած չունեմ, որ էս ամեն ինչը սկսվեց Ռիչարդ Մուրի (բրիտանական Մ6-ի պետ) Հայաստան գալուց հետո, երբ կառավարական ռելիզում մի քանի ֆիկտիվ նկար դրեցին ու հայտարարեցին, թե Նիկոլը հանդիպել է Մուրի հետ, քննարկել անվտանգային հարցեր։ Առաջին հայացքից անմեղ ու անշառ մի դրվագ։
Բայց հենց էդ պահից պարզ էր, որ բիրտանական ռազվեդկեն կոնկրետ խնդիր ունի հայաստանյան տիրույթում բացով խաղալու ու մտնում են ամբողջական խաղի մեջ։ Մոտավորապես էդ փուլից սկսած ՀԱՊԿ-ի թեման դարձավ իշխող վարչախմբի բերանի ծամոն, որին սկսեցին հաջորդել «եվրոպական կրուասանների» շքերթը։
Եթե չգիտեք՝ ասեմ, որ էս կոչակենացային հայտարարություններն ու պուպուշ խոսքեր ասելու պորցիաները 100-ամյա պատմություն ունեն․ ի դեպ՝ դրանք ոչ պակաս գեղեցիկ փաթեթավորում ունեին նաև նախորդ դարասկզբին, երբ Անտանտի հետ խաղեր էին տալիս, իսկ վերջում պարզ դարձավ, որ թե բրիտանացիք, թե մյուս եվորապացիների խնդիրն ընդամենը Հարավային Կովկասում արմատավորվելն էր, որիշ ոչինչ։
Հիմա սրանք էս կուտն ուտելով նորից նույն գետն են մտնում երկրորդ անգամ, բայց մոռանում են, որ դեռևս 2000 տարի առաջ Հերակլիտն էր ասում, որ դա նոնսես է՝ անհնարին բան. Նիկոլին ասեմ, սա աքսիոմա է, չես կարա ու վերջ։
Երեկ խորհրդարանում Միրզոյան Արոն մի քանի ժամ տեքստեր էր ասում, փորձում իրենց քայլերի ու վարքագիծի հետ կապված անմեղսունակ հիմնավորումներ, պարզաբանումներ անել, բայց ինչ ասում էր՝ տակը բան չկար, փուչիկ էր՝ օդ։
Ապերներ, հիմի խնդիրն էնա, որ էս ցունամին բերել քցել եք մեր ջանը, ու դուք փայլուն հասկանում եք, որ պրյոմի տակ եք մնացել, դատարկ խաղեր տալու իմաստը ո՞րն ա։
էն ոնց ասավ ասուլիսին՝ «վեշերներս հավաքենք, ռադ ըլնե՞նք»․ այ դրանից արեք․ ամբողջ սաստավով կպած թեզեր եք փորձում պաշտպանել, որին ախր դուք էլ չեք հավատում։
Մի բան էլ հավելեմ․ մեր տարածաշրջանում բրիտանացիներն արդեն մի անգամ օկուպացիոն զորքերի կարգավիճակով եղել են՝ 1918 -1919-ականների սկզբին, էն որ ասում էի Օձունը չեզոք գոտի էր՝ հենց էդ փուլում։ Ոնց հասկանում եմ, հիմի բրիտանացիք էս բորշն եփել են, որ սրանց սիրելի «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքում» տեղակայվեն, էլի նույն ստատուսով։
Ի դեպ՝ էսօր մարտի 16-ն է․ 1921 թվականի էս օրը մեր համար էլի տխուր դասավորվեց՝ Մոսկվայում կնքվեց հայտնի պայմանագիրը, որին, էդ օրերին երկրում ապստամբություն բզբզալու ու արհեստական կաշա սարքելու պատճառով հայակական պատվիրակությանը ֆուկ արվեց, ու արգելեցին մասնակցել հայկական սահմանների հարցի քննարկման թեմաներին։ Բայց էդ նույն օրը մի ուրիշ պայմանագիր էլ ստորագրվեց, ոչ պակաս կարևոր, սակայն սրա մասին շատ քիչ է խոսվում․ ուրեմն Անգլիայի գանձապետարանի կանցլեր Ռոբերտ Հորնը և ՌՍՖՍՀ արտաքին առևտրի կոմիսար Լեոնիդ Կրասինն առևտրային համաձայնագիր ստորագրեցին, որը սովորական առևտրային փաստաթուղթ չէր, այլ քաղաքական-առևտրային բնույթի համաձայնագիր, որն Անդրկովկասում Լենինի պրախոդ էր տալիս․ փաստացի այդ կերպ Լենինը Կովկասում ինչ ուզեց արեց։ Հենց էս ամեն ինչի ֆոնին էլ տեղի ուենցավ հայտնի սահմանագծումը՝ էդ թվում Նախիջևանի թեման, գումարած Արցախի թնջուկը բերվեց օրակարգ ու մի դարից ավել է փաթաթեցին վզներիս (չնայած Արցախի պարագայում թեման որշակիացավ արդեն նույն թվականի հունիսին)։
