Եվրախորհրդարանի բանաձևը գործնականում դժվար թե օգուտներ ունենա

Եվրախորհրդարանը 504 կողմ և 4 դեմ ձայների հարաբերակցությամբ ընդունել է Եվրամիության և Հայաստանի միջև կապերի մասին հատուկ բանաձևը, որում անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև ԵՄ-ին Հայաստանի անդամակցության հնարավորությանը։

Այս հանգամանքն առաջին հայացքից կարող է չափազանց ուրախալի թվալ, մինչդեռ բանաձևը պարտադիր օրենսդրական ուժ չունի` ընդամենը խորհրդատվական փաստաթուղթ է, և Եվրամիության գործադիր մարմինները որևէ պարտավորություն չունեն այն կատարելու։ Այդպիսի բանաձևեր Եվրախորհրդարանը տարեկան ընդունում է հարյուրներով։

Չափազանց բարդ է գերագնահատել այս բանաձևի արտաքին քաղաքական նշանակությունը: Թերևս, առավելագույնը, որ կարելի է փաստել` Եվրախորհրդարանը Հայաստանին Ռուսաստանի ազդեցության շրջանակներից դուրս բերելու նպատակով ընդամենը հաճոյանում է մեր իշխանություններին և արևմտամետ քաղաքացիներին։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, հաշվի առնելով Հայաստանում հակառուսական բավականին լուրջ տրամադրություններն ու իշխանությունների իրականացրած տեղեկատվական քարոզչական տեռորը՝ այս բանաձևը ևս մեկ հնարավորություն է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի համար Հայաստանում հակառուսականություն տարածելու, ինչպես նաև ողջամիտ քաղաքական ուժերի նկատմամբ հակաքարոզչություն իրականացնելու համար։

Բանաձևի ընդունումից հետո, երեկ, Կառավարության նիստում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանի բոլոր քաղաքական կուսակցությունները, կազմակերպությունները պետք է լայն քննարկում ծավալեն և ներկայացնեն իրենց դիրքորոշումներն այս հարցի վերաբերյալ։

Հաշված ժամեր անց արևմտամետ մի քանի կուսակցություններ մամուլի ասուլիս տվեցին և ողջունեցին ԵԽ բանաձևը։ Ըստ էության, բոլոր այն ուժերը, որոնք փորձելու են հանրությանը հասկացնել, որ այս բանաձևը ոչ թե դրական է, այլ նոր վտանգներ է բերելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը` հայտնվելու են իշխանական և մերձիշխանական քարոզչամեքենայի թիրախում և կնքվելու են որպես «ժողովրդի թշնամիններ»։
