Ի՞նչ է հարկավոր Հայաստանում արևային էներգիա զարգացնելու համար

Հայաստանում անցած տարի արտադրվել է 8,8 միլիարդ կՎտ/ժ էլեկտրաէներգիա, որից 9 %-ն արտադրել են արևային կայանները։ Հայաստանի տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության տվյալներով՝ ատոմակայանի բաժինը մոտ 30 % է, ՋԷԿ-երին բաժին է հասնում 42 %, հիդրոէլեկտրակայաններին՝ 18,6 %։ Նախարարությունը նշում է, թե անընդհատ ավելանում է արևային կայանների արտադրած էլեկկտրաէներգիայի չափաբաժինը և արդեն հասնում է մոտ 9 %-ի։

Արևային կայաններրը նախորդ տարի արտադրել են 252 միլիոն կՎտ/ժ էլեկտրաէներգիա, ներկայումս Հայաստանում արևային կայանների ընդհանուր հզորությունն արդեն 472 մեգավատտի է հասնում, որը, ըստ նախարարության, հսկայական թիվ է։ Միևնույն ժամանակ Հայաստանի իշխանություններն իրենց առջև նպատակ են դրել մինչև 2030 թվականն արևային էլեկտրաէներգիայի մասնաբաժինը արտադրության ոլորտում հասցնելու մինչև 15 %-ի։

Ըստ մասնագետների Հայաստանը հնարավորություն ունի գերազանցելու նաև այդ ցուցանիշը, դրա համար հարկավոր է նախ քաղաքական կամք, պարզեցված օրենսդրություն և որոշակի աջակցություն գործարարներին, ինչպես նաև՝ արևային վահանակներ տեղադրելու ցանկություն ունեցողներին։

Ի տարբերություն բազմաթիվ երկրների, Հայաստանում այդ առումով իրավիճակն այնքան էլ նպաստավոր չէ, թեև գործող իշխանությունները հայտարարել են կանաչ էներգիայի անցնելու իրենց ռազմավարական ծրագրի մասին, բայց այդ ուղղությամբ դեռևս շոշափելի քայլեր չեն արվել, արված քայլերն էլ այնքան շատ չեն, իսկական որակական ճեղքման մասին խոսելու համար։ Միևնույն ժամանակ մեր երկիրն ունի բոլոր հնարավորություններն առաջատարների շարքում հայտնվելու համար։

Հայաստանը նաև սեփական արևային վահանակներն արտադրող ընկերություն ունի՝ «Սոլարոնը»։
