Վարչախումբը պարզ հայտարարեց՝ չորս գյուղերը տալու են

Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ ասուլիս էր հրավիրել։ Շուրջ 3,5 ժամ պատասխանել , կամ ավելի ճիշտ խուսանավել տարբեր հարցերից։ Ասուլիսը, սակայն, նվիրված էր ընդամենը մեկ թեմայի, Փաշինյանը լրագրողներին հավաքել էր, որպեսզի հանրությանը հայտարարի, թե կատարելու է Ադրբեջանի հերթական վտանգավոր պահանջը և վերադարձնի Տավուշի մարզում գտնվող 4 գյուղերը։

Հիշեցնենք՝ Ադրբեջանի փոխվարչապետի գրասենյակը օրերս հայտարարություն տարածեց՝ պահանջելով անհապաղ իրենց վերադարձնել 4 գյուղեր՝ Բաղանիս-Այրում, Աշաղա-Ասքիպարա, Խեյրիմլի և Ղըզըլհաջիլի։

Ադրբեջանը միտումնավոր օգտագործում է այդ գյուղերի հին ադրբեջանական անվանումները։ Փաշինյանը երեկ հայտարարել է, թե Ադրբեջանի պահանջած 4 գյուղերը դե յուրե Հայաստանի տարածքում չեն Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագրի համաձայն։

-Հայաստանում երբեք այդպիսի անուններով գյուղեր չեն եղել, -ասել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

Մի կողմից կարող է տպավորություն ստեղծվել, թե գործող իշխանությունները հրաժարվում են կատարել Ադրբեջանի պահանջը, սակայն դա այդպես չէ, Փաշինյանի խոսքից տպավորություն էր, որ երեք տասնամյակից ավելի Հայաստանի տարածքում գտնվող տավուշյան գյուղերը պարզապես մերը չեն եղել և այժմ վերադարձվելու են առանց խնդրի։

Ի դեպ, անմարդաբնակ այդ գյուղերի տարածքներով է անցնում դեպի Վրաստան մայրուղին և գազամուղը։ Գյուղերն Ադրբեջանին հանձնելու դեպքում Հայաստանը ենթակառուցվածքային լուրջ խնդիրների առջև է կանգնելու։ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, թե փոխելու են այդ ենթակառուցվածքները, թե ե՞րբ և ինչպե՞ս, այդպես էլ որևէ պատասխան չի հնչել։

Ըստ էության, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, առանց ձևականությունների, հանրությանը պարզապես տեղեկացնում է հերթական դավաճանական ակտի մասին, իսկ նրա հայտարարությունների դեմ որևէ հանրային ընդվզում տեղի չի ունենում։
