Փաշինյանը հասկանում է, որ իր օրերը հաշված են, հեռանալու է․ Արշակ Կարապետյան

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայոց պատմության ընթացքում ամենաթույլ, վախկոտ և դավաճան ղեկավարն է։ Այս արձանագրումն իր տեսաուղերձում արել է «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանը՝ փաստերով և մեկառմեկ կոտրելով երեկ՝ ասուլիսի ընթացքում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրապարակած ստերը։

Մասնավորապես, Փաշինյանը, անդրադառնալով Արշակ Կարապետյանին, նշել էր, թե Կարապետյանն ամենակարճ պաշտոնավարած նախարարն է, եղել է ԳՇ պետի առաջին տեղակալ, երբ տեղի են ունեցել 2021 թվականի մայիսյան իրադարձությունները, իսկ Պաշտպանության նախարար եղել է 2021 թվականի նոյեմբերին, երբ ադրբեջանցիները ներխուժել էին Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածք։ Ավելին, Փաշինյանը հենց ասուլիսում պնդել է, թե 2021 թվականի նոյեմբերի 14-ի առավոտյան Արշակ Կարապետյանն իրեն զեկուցել է, որ սահմանի երկայնքով ամեն ինչ հանդարտ է, մինչդեռ իր զեկուցման պահին մեր սահամանի մի շարք տեղամասերում ադրբեջանական զորքերը ներխուժած են եղել մեր տարածք ու նույնիսկ դիրքեր են վերցրել։ «Նման իրավիճակներում ես որևէ մեկին կես ժամ նույնիսկ չեմ հանդուրժի այդ պաշտոնում»,- հոխորտացել է Փաշինյանը, նաև հայտարարել, որ Կրեմլի ցուցումով է Արշակ Կարապետյանին նշանակել Պաշտպանության նախարար։

Շատ չանցած Արշակ Կարապետյանն ուղիղ եթերում պատասխանել է Փաշինյանի ստերին, նշել, որ նոյեմբերի 14-ին գտնվել է Դուբայում, որտեղ պլանավորված էր շատ կարևոր հանդիպում և դրա նպատակով էր մեկնել, բացի այդ մենք ունեինք խնդիր զենքի գնման և որոշ տեսակների ներկրման, խոսքը հարվածային անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի մասին է։
«Ես ֆիզիկապես հնարավորություն չունեի զեկուցել մեր ղեկավարին սահմանում իրադրության մասին, այդ զեկույցը պետք է աներ այն անձը, ով մնացել էր պաշտպանության նախարարի փոխարեն»,- նշել է Արշակ Կարապետյանը։

Անդրադառնալով ադրբեջանցիների ներխուժումների ժամանակ իր պաշտոնավարմանը՝ հիշեցրել է, որ որպես ԳՇ պետի առաջին տեղակալ, ի պաշտոնե իրավունք չի ունեցել միջամտել մայիսյան իրադարձություններին, ավելին, հենց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրամանով է արգելված եղել կրակ բացել հակառակորդի վրա։

Պաշտպանության նախարարի պաշտոնում Կարապետյանը հրաման է տվել կրակ բացել ադրբեջանցիների սադրանքներին ի պատասխան և արդյունքում ադրբեջանցիները՝ այդ թվում ռուսների ճնշման տակ մի քանի կիլոմետր նահանջել են։

«Բացարձակ սուտ է, որ Ռուսաստանի ցուցումով են ինձ նշանակել Պաշտպանության նախարար, միգուցե հաշվի են առել իմ կապերը Ռուսաստանում, գուցե այդ հարցում ճիշտ է ասում»,- նշել է Կարապետյանը, նկատել, որ Պաշտպանության նախարար եղած ժամանակ Մոսկվայում հանդիպել է ադրբեջանական կողմի հետ, պայմանավորվել, որ իրենց ներխուժած ուղղություններով պետք է նահանջեն։ Երկու շաբաթ անց պետք է հանդիպեին արդեն, սակայն նոյեմբերի 15-ին Փաշինյանն առաջարկել է Կարապետյանին դիմում գրել, իսկ հրաժարվելու դեպքում որոշում կայացրել նրան հեռացնել պաշտոնից։

«Զարմացած եմ ստի որակական և «ազնվորեն» ներկայացնելու նրա ձևերից։ Փաշինյանը հասկանում է, որ իր օրերը հաշված են, հեռանալու է, պատասխան է տալու Արցախի համար, պատասխան է տալու մեր գերիների համար, պատասխան է տալու մեր պատմությունը փոխելու իր արտահայտությունների համար»,- նշել է Կարապետյանը, հավելել, որ ոչ միայն Փաշինյանը, այլև իր կողքին գտնվողներն են պատասխան տալու։
