Փաշինյանի ու իր կողմնակիցների գործողությունները բացառապես վնաս են հասցնելու Հայաստանի շահերին․ Արշակ Կարապետյան

Հայստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ ծավալուն ասուլիս է տվել և կրկին ապացուցել իր ունեցած վախերը։ Նախ, ասուլիսին չեն հրավիրվել ընդդիմադիր լրատվամիջոցների բազմաթիվ լրագրողներ, որոնք նախկին ասուլիսների ժամանակ Փաշինյանին նեղն էին գցում իրենց սուր հարցերով։ Այդուհանդերձ Փաշինյանին այս անգամ էլ չի հաջողվել զերծ մնալ բավականին սուր հարցադրումներից։ Ամենաառաջնային և գլխավոր հարցն անկլավների վերաբերյալ հարցն էր։ Հիշեցնենք՝ Ադրբեջանի փոխվարչապետի գրասենյակը հայտարարություն էր տարածել, նշել, թե անհապաղ պահանջում են 4 գյուղեր Տավուշի մարզում. Բաղանիս-Այրումը, Աշաղա–Ասքիպարան, Խեյրիմլին և Ղզրհաջիլին։
Փաշիյանն ասուլիսում հայտարարել է, թե այդ գյուղերը Հայաստանի տարածքում չեն և հիշատակել Ալմա-Աթիի հռչակագիրը։ Ըստ էության հաստատելով, որ դրանք գտնվում են Հայաստանի տարածքում և հենց այդ գյուղերն են, որ պահանջում է Ադրբեջանը։ Ավելին, այդ գյուղերը, որոնք այսօր բնակեցված չեն, չափազանց կարևոր լոգիստիկ նշանակություն ունեն Հայաստանի համար։ Այդ գյուղերով է անցնում դեպի Վրաստան միջպետական մայրուղին, ինչպես նաև Հայաստան մտնող գազամուղը և դրանք Ադրբեջանին վերադարձնելու դեպքում, իսկ ըստ Փաշինյանի, գործող իշխանությունները հենց այդպես էլ պատրաստում են անել, լուրջ ենթակառուցվածքային խնդիրներ ենք ունենալու։

«Առաջիկայում մենք պետք է գործողություններ անենք և այնտեղ, որտեղ օրինակ մեր կոմունիկացիաները մեր սահմաններից դուրս են, դրանք վերակառուցենք, որպեսզի Հայաստանի բոլոր կոմունիկացիաներն անցնեն Հայաստանի դե յուրե տարածքով»,- ասել է Փաշինյանը։

Վարչապետի խոսքերից տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ խաղաղության դարաշրջանն ամբողջությամբ ձախողվել է, Արևմուտքի հետ հարաբերությունները չի կարողացել որևէ կերպ լուծել, Ռուսաստանից էլ լուրջ վախեր ունի և որքան կարողացել է փչացրել է հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները։

Ավելին, Փաշինյանը հաստատել է, որ Բաքվի հետ բանակցություններում քննարկվում է Ադրբեջանի դեմ միջազգային ատյաններին ներկայացված գանգատներից հրաժարվելու հարցը։ Ըստ Փաշինյանի՝ լուծումը պետք է թողնել բանակցությունների վերջին փուլին, երբ խաղաղության դրույթները համաձայնեցված լինեն։ Ադրբեջանի ռազմական հանցագործությունների դեմ ներկայացված գանգատներից բացի, փաշինյանական վարչախումբը փորձում էր համոզել, թե Հռոմի ստատուտին միանալու դեպքում, Հայաստանը լրացուցիչ լծակներ կունենա Ադրբեջանի ռազմական հանցագործությունների դեմ նոր գանգատներ ներկայացնելու։ Այսօր, ըստ էության, ապացուցում է, որ Հռոմի ստատուտին միացել է միայն Արևմուտքի հարկադրանքով և Ռուսաստանի դեմ։

Գրեթե 3 ու կես ժամ Փաշինյանը կմկմացել և չի կարողացել հստակ պատասխանել հարցերի մեծամասնությանը, նոր հիասթափություն և վախեր առաջացնելով Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների մեջ՝ հաստատելով տարածվող այն տեսակետը, թե փաշինյանական իշխանությունը գործում է թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի նարատիվներին համահունչ։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանը բազմիցս է նշել, որ Փաշինյանն ու իր կողմնակիցները սովորական դիլետանտներ են, որոնց գործողությունները բացառապես վնաս են ներկայացնելու Հայաստանի շահերին և միայն նրանց հեռացնելու դպքում հնարավորություն կա Հայաստանը վերադարձնել զարգացման ուղի, դուրս բերել այն աղետալի վիճակից, որում գտնվում է մեր երկիրը։
