Ուրիշ ինչ-որ բան էիք սպասո՞ւմ. այդ ուղտը բոլորի դռանն էլ չոքելու է. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երեկվա լրահոսը կոնսերվատորիական ցնցումների մեջ էր՝ «Երևանի պետական կոնսերվատորիան փակում են...» ահազանգով, մեկնաբանություններով, «ջղայն» սմայլիկներով: Անգամ կոնսերվատորիայի ղեկավարությունը ստիպված եղավ արձագանքել, ինչով հաստատեց, որ խնդիր իսկապես կա, բայց միաժամանակ նշելով, թե «հարգալից պայքարի» կողմնակից են: Դե, գուցե հույս ունեն, որ եթե իրենց սիրելի «մեծարգո վարչապետին» բան չասեն, միգուցե իրենց ձեռք չեն տա:

Ըստ ամենայնի, խոսքը բուհերի խոշորացման ծրագրի՝ փաշինյանական իշխանության հերթական «հանճարեղ» մտահղացման մասին է: Այսպես կոչված՝ «ակադեմիական քաղաքի» մասին (ճիշտ կլիներ դրա անունը «համակենտրոնացման ճամբար» դնել), որտեղ միավորվելու են նաև «արվեստի-մշակույթի» գծով բուհերը՝ Գեղարվեստի ակադեմիան, Թատերականը, Կինոյի ինստիտուտը, Կոնսերվատորիան (իսկ ընդհանուր առմամբ, բոլորը): Դա համարժեք կլինի բոլոր այդ բուհերի փակմանը, կարծում ենք: Բայց սա ավելի գլոբալ քննարկման խնդիր է: Այլ խնդիր է նաև ԿԳՄՍՆ «պարզաբանումը»՝ աշխատանքային խմբերի ու կլաստերների մասով, որն ավելի շատ հաստատում էր, քան հերքում:

Այլ խնդիր է նաև այն, թե ինչու «Բրյուսովից» հետո հիմա էլ առանձին բարձրացավ «մշակութային» բուհերի միավորման թեման, որը հազիվ թե, մեղմ ասած, մի քանի օրվա, ամսվա կամ տարվա հարց է: Այս պարագայում խոսքն այլ բանի մասին է, այլ հարցեր կան: Գոնե առայժմ: 2018ին «թավշյա» հարայհրոցից հետո Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը փակեց մշակույթի նախարարությունը՝ այն տարրալուծելով ԿԳՄՍՆ-ի մեջ: Հետո ասում էին, թե՝ նվագախմբում այդքան ջութակահարներն ինչի՞ համար են պետք, կրճատենք, մի քանի ջութակը լրիվ բավական է, փողերը խնայենք: Հետո մշակութային տարբեր օջախներում, կառույցներում զանազան կամայականություններ էին անում, «օդից» ղեկավար էին փոխում, թատրոններ էին փակում: Մի խոսքով՝ տարիներ շարունակ այլ ոլորտների հետ միասին պատերազմ էին հայտարարել արվեստին, մշակույթին, կրթությանը, ազգայինին:

Ուրեմն, ի՞նչ էիք սպասում, սիրելի հայրենակիցներ, հատկապես մտավորականներ: Ցավոք, շատերն այդ ամբողջ պրոցեսների ժամանակ լռում էին՝ կարծելով, թե ուղտն իրենց դռանը չի չոքի: Այդպես չի լինում, այս իշխանությունները ոչնչի առջև կանգ չեն առնելու, և այդ ուղտը բոլորի շեմին հայտնվելու է մի օր:

Իսկ ընդհանրապես, Արցախի դռները փակածների համար ի՞նչ մի խնդիր է կոնսերվատորիայի կամ տո հենց ԵՊՀ-ի դռները փակելը, այդ բուհերի շենքերն էլ իրենց բիզնես շահերին ծառայեցնելը:
