Հայաստանին սպասվող աղետալի վիճակի թիվ 1 պատասխանատուն և միակ մեղավորը գործող իշխանություններն են. Արշակ Կարապետյան

Հայաստանի տնտեսությունն իր բոլոր թելերով կապված է Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության հետ, և գործող իշխանությունները սկսել են հասկանալ արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորը փոխելու իրենց քաղաքականության անհեռատեսությունը։ Գիտակցելը գիտակցում են, բայց հակառակ քայլերն են անում՝ կարծես ինչ-որ ուժերի պարտադրանքի տակ։

Վերջին շրջանում ՀԱՊԿ-ն լքելու խոսակցություններն ավելի ու ավելի են սրվել։ Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նույնիսկ Ազգային ժողովում հայտարարել է, որ անդամությունը ՀԱՊԿ-ին դե ֆակտո սառեցրել են, չի բացառվում, որ նույնիսկ դե յուրե սառեցնեն։ Մոսկվայից տարբեր տրամաչափի գործիչների կողմից բավական պարզ ու պատկերավոր նախազգուշացումներ են արվել, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ն լքելը լրջագույն հետևանքներ կունենա Հայաստանի անվտանգային հեռանկարի համար, իսկ ՌԴ արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովն էլ ընդգծել է, որ Երևանից սպասում են հստակ պատասխանի ՀԱՊԿ-ն լքելու մտադրության մասին, նաև զգուշացրել է, որ միայն ՀԱՊԿ-ով հարցը չի լուծվի. ինտեգրացիոն անվտանգային կառույցը լքելու դեպքում Հայաստանը ստիպված է լինելու լքել նաև մյուս բոլոր միավորումները։ Հայաստանը ՀԱՊԿ-ի դաշնակիցների հետ նաև գործընկեր է ԵԱՏՄ-ում, ԱՊՀ-ում, այլ ինտեգրացիոն կառույցներում, որոնց հետ շփվել է առնվազն 3 տասնամյակից ավելի։ Հայկական արտահանման առյուծի բաժինը ԵԱՏՄ երկրներ է, շատ ոլորտների արտադրական գործընթացը կազմակերպում է հենց ԵԱՏՄ երկրների տնտեսությունների հետ, իսկ չափորոշիչները ԵԱՏՄ կողմից ընդունված չափորոշիչներ են: Անգամ մաքսատուրքերի չափերը համադրվում են այդ կառույցի անդամների հետ։ Հայաստանը ԵԱՏՄ-ից է ստանում տեխնիկական սարքավորումները, հացահատիկը վերջին տասնամյակներին ամբողջությամբ ստացվում է Ռուսաստանից, Ռուսաստանն է Հայաստանին գազ մատակարարում, ինչպես և՝ համապատասխան վառելիք մեքենաների համար։ Այս ամենը վկայում է, որ Ռուսաստանի հետ ինտեգրացիոն միավորները լքելու Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների բուռն ցանկությունը, այդ ուղղությամբ կատարվող քայլերը կարող են աղետի հանգեցնել Հայաստանը և կանգնեցնել տնտեսական կոլապսի առաջ։ «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանը մի քանի անգամ զգուշացրել է Հայաստանի իշխանություններին, որ իրենց գործողությունները ծանրագույն հետևանքներ կարող են ունենալ շարքային քաղաքացիների համար, առանց այն էլ տնտեսական վատթար վիճակում գտնվող Հայաստանին նոր խնդիրները կարող են կանգնեցնել ոչ միայն տնտեսական, այլ նաև սոցիալական և քաղաքական ահռելի ծանր հետևանքների առջև, իսկ 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո ստեղծված իրավիճակում Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը կարող է կորցնել ինքնիշխանությունը։ Սպասվող աղետալի վիճակի թիվ 1 պատասխանատուն և միակ մեղավորը Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններն են, որոնք 2021 թվականից հետո ամբողջությամբ անցել են արևմտյան հեռակառավարման տակ։

Արշակ Կարապետյանի գնահատմամբ՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունն ամեն ինչ անում է Հայաստանը նոր աղետի հասցնելու համար։ Միգուցե տպավորություն կարող է ստեղծվել, որ այդ քայլերը նրանք անում են չմտածված և չհասկանալով, մինչդեռ իրականում ուշադիր ուսումնասիրողի համար ակնհայտ է, որ սա հստակ դավադրություն է, որի մեջ ներքաշված են թե՛ Արևմուտքը, թե՛ Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը, իսկ Փաշինյանն ու նրա իշխանությունն ընդամենը գործիքներ են։
