ԱԽ քարտուղարի և արտգործնախարարի հակասությունները հասել են Փաշինյանին

«Քաղաքացիական պայմանգրում» նոր թեժացում է սպասվում, և խնդիրը կապված է արտաքին քաղաքականության հետ։ ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ լուրջ հակասություններ կան անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանի և արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի միջև, ընդ որում հակասությունները վերաբերում են միևնույն հարցին՝ արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորի փոփոխությանը։

Արարատ Միրզոյանն այս հարցում ավելի չափավոր և մեղմ քաղաքականության կողմնակիցն է, ընդհանրապես աշխատում է վեկտորալ փոփոխությունն իրականացնել ոչ Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները խորը և կտրականապես կտրելով, այլ աստիճանական, մեղմ քայլերի հերթականությամբ է փորձում իրականացնել դա։ Այս հանգամանքը հարուցել է սորոսական շրջանակների բուռն դժգոհությունները, որոնք պահանջում են անմիջապես և անհապաղ կտրել Ռուսաստանի հետ պորտալարը և անընդհատ պահանջներ են ներկայացնում գործող իշխանություններին։ Հենց այս շրջանակներն են Արմեն Գրիգորյանի միջոցով կազմակերպում և իրականացնում հակառուսական հիմնական քարոզչությունը, ընդ որում հակասություններն արդեն հասել են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին և վերջինիս առաջ պարզ և կոնկրետ հարց է դրվել արևմտյան հովանավորների կողմից, թե ինչպե՞ս է պատկերացնում վեկտորալ փոփոխությունը՝ արմատական, թե չափավոր քայլերով։

ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ Փաշինյանն ավելի հակված է Արարատ Միրզոյանի տարբերակին՝ հասկանալով, որ կտրուկ արված քայլերը կարող են չափազանց ծանր հետևանքներ ունենալ։ Իհարկե, չափավոր քայլերն էլ վատ հետևանքներ են ունենալու, սակայն այդ կերպ Փաշինյանը փորձում է մեղմացնել հնարավոր հարվածները, մինչդեռ սորոսականների դիրքերը բավականին ամրապնդվել են «Քաղաքացիական պայմանգրում», իսկ Արևմուտքը շոշափելի արդյունքներ է պահանջում և չի բացառվում, որ առաջիկայում նույնիսկ հարց դրվի Արարատ Միրզոյանին հեռացնելու, արտգործնախարարի պաշտոնում հենց Արմեն Գրիգորյանին նշանակելու վերաբերյալ։

Արդեն մեկ անգամ նման փորձ եղել էր, երբ Արմեն Գրիգորյանին փոխարտգործնախարար էին նշանակել, հետագայում արտգործնախարար նշանակելու ցանկությամբ, սակայն ռուսական կողմը ձախողել էր այդ նշանակումը։
