Վարչախումբը փորձում է «բժժացնել» հասարակությանը

Անցած շաբաթ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հանդիպումից հետո իշխանական քարոզչամեքենան սկսել էր հանրության շրջանում տարածել, որ գործող իշխանությունները չեն ցանկանում սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների և արտահերթ ընտրությունների գնալ։

Զարմանալիորեն այդ տեղեկությունները հայտնվում են նաև ընդդիմադիր լրատվամիջոցներում, որոնք տեղեկությունը ստացել են գրեթե նույն իշխանական աղբյուրներից։ Բանն այն է, որ Փաշինյանը հանձնարարել է կողմնակիցներին տարածել, որ իրենք առժամանակ հրաժարվում են արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների և սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների գաղափարից՝ փորձելով այդ կերպ մոլորության մեջ գցել բոլորին, համոզել, թե իշխանության դիրքերն այդ առումով թույլ են, ուստի առայժմ չեն ցանկանում սրել իրավիճակը՝ վախենալով իշխանության կորստից։

ՔՊ վարչության մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մարտավարությունը բավական երկար է մշակվել և իշխանությունը հստակ գիտի իր անելիքը։ Փորձում են ընդդիմությանն անակնկալի բերել՝ ինչ-որ պահի հայտարարելով արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների և սահմանադրական փոփոխություների օրը, որպեսզի չկարողանան պատշաճ պատրաստվել և իշխանությանը հաջողվի իրականացնել իր հերթական ազգադավ ծրագիրը։ Իսկ, որ փաշինյանական վարչախումբը բավականին լուրջ պատրաստվում է նույն այդ արտահերթ ընտրություններին, մեր աղբյուրը հաստատեց։

Մասնավորապես, թե՛ Երևանում, և թե՛ մարզերում այս օրերին իշխանության էմիսարներ հանդիպում են տարբեր մարդկանց հետ, նրանց խոստումներ տալիս, յուրաքանչյուրի վրա կոնկրետ քանակի ընտրողներ բերելու պարտականություններ դնում՝ խոստանալով, որ խոստումները կատարելու դեպքում լավ աչքով կնայեն դրանց, ուստի ընդդիմությանը և հանրությանը հարկ է ոչ թե թուլանալ իշխանության կեղծ խոստումներից, այլ ավելի քան պատրաստ լինել նման զարգացումների։
