Քաղբանտարկյալ Նարեկ Մալյանի նամակը բանտից` Ֆրանսիայի նախագահին

Բարև, հարգելի պարոն նախագահ Մակրոն, Ձեզ անհանգստացնում է հայոց բանտերի քաղբանտարկյալներից մեկը: Տեսնելով, թե ինչպես եք անհանգստացած համաշխարհային ժողովրդավարության համար, որոշեցի Ձեզ պատմել ժողովրդավարական Հայաստանի քաղաքական բանտարկյալների մասին:

Հայաստանում բազմաթիվ մարդիկ առանց դատավճիռների տարիներ շարունակ գտնվում են բանտում միայն այն բանի համար, որ համարձակվել են չենթարկվել քաղաքական իշխանությունը զավթած աշխարհահռչակ ստախոս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին: Օրինակ՝ Ձեր հայրենիք Ֆրանսիայի Բանիո (Bagneux) քաղաքի քույր համարվող Վանաձորի ընտրված քաղաքապետ Մամիկոն Ասլանյանն արդեն երրորդ տարին է՝ առանց դատավճիռ բանտարկված է: Նրա միակ մեղքն այն է ,որ ընտրություններում հաղթել է իշխանության թեկնածուին և հրաժարվել է հրաժարվել իր հաղթանակից: Լավ լուրեր էլ կան՝ Հայաստանի մյուս քաղաքներում՝ Ալավերդի, Բերդ, Անի, Ախուրյան, ընտրված քաղաքապետերը բանտում չեն, որովհետև իշխանության ճնշումների արդյունքում այլևս քաղաքապետ չեն:

Ընդդիմադիր ՀՀԿ կուսակցության փոխնախագահին առանց դատավճռի բանտարկել են անհայտ պատճառներով: Արմեն Աշոտյանն, ի դեպ, Հայաստանի եզակի ֆրանսախոս քաղաքական գործիչներից է:

Ինձ առանց դատավճռի բանտարկել են այն մեղադրանքով, որ ես հրապարակային քննադատել եմ իրենց նախընտրական ծրագիրը տապալած իշխանություններին և շուրջ կես տարի է, ինչ ապրում եմ բանտում: Մեր ուրախ երկրում ատելության խոսքի անսպառ աղբյուր է Ձեր սիրելի ընկեր վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: Նա հաճախ է բոցաշունչ ելույթներ ունենում՝ իր քաղաքական հակառակորդներին խոստանալով փռել ասֆալտին և բորդյուր (ֆրանսերեն bordure) կերցնել:

Ընդհանուր առմամբ, ամեն ինչ այնքան էլ վատ չի, բացառությամբ այն բանի, որ քաղբանտարկյալները երբեմն բանտերում մեռնում են: Օրինակ՝ այլախոհներից մասնագիտությամբ բժիշկ Արմեն Գրիգորյանը մահացավ դատարանում՝ լինելով բանտարկված կրկին առանց դատավճռի: Լինում են ավելի դաժան դեպքեր, օրինակ, երբ Ձեր ընկերոջ՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ավտոշարասյունը վրաերթի ենթարկելով սպանեց հղի կնոջը և նրա չծնված երեխային՝ նույնիսկ չկանգնելով և օգնություն ցույց չտալով զոհին: Ի դեպ, պարոն նախագահ, առաջարկում եմ գուշակել, թե ինչ պատիժ ստացավ հղի կնոջը և երեխային սպանողը և դեպքի վայրից փախչողը ժողովրդավարական Հայաստանում։

Մի տանջվեք, պարոն նախագահ, իշխանականների համար որևէ պատիժ չկա, նրանք անպատիժ են:
