«Ադրբեջանը չի պատրաստվում ոչ մի խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքել». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ադրբեջանը չի պատրաստվում ոչ մի խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքել, իսկ հայկական կողմը շարունակում է ոչ միայն անպատասխան թողնել թշնամու ագրեսիվ գործողությունները, այլև հատում է թշնամու պահանջներին տուրք տալու բոլոր հնարավոր կարմիր գծերը։ Այս կարծիքին է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ Արշակ Կարապետյանը: «Մեր պահվածքը բոլոր հարցերում շատ մտահոգիչ է»,- անդրադառնալով վերջին օրերին Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև թափ հավաքած գործընթացներին` «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում նշել է պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարը՝ հավելելով, որ այս ամենը կարող է շատ վատ վերջանալ մեր պետականության և մեր ժողովրդի համար։

Կարապետյանը հիշեցրել է 2021 թ. Երասխում տեղի ունեցած հրադադարի խախտումները, երբ հայկական կողմը համարժեք արձագանք էր տալիս, ինչը զսպում էր ադրբեջանցիների ախորժակը, իսկ այսօր իշխանությունները զբաղված են դեմագոգիայով, երբ հայտարարում են, որ ադրբեջանցիներին պատասխանը կարող է ռազմական գործողություններ սադրել. ըստ Կարապետյանի, ընդհակառակը, հենց նման պահվածքը բերում է մեծ պատերազմի։ Մեկնաբանելով Ալիևի սպառնալիքներն ու Սահմանադրությունը փոխելու պահանջը՝ Արշակ Կարապետյանն ընդգծել է՝ Հայաստանը երևի աշխարհում միակ երկիրն է, որին ուրիշ երկիր ասում է՝ դուք ձեր Սահմանադրությունը պետք է փոխեք։

«Ադրբեջանը ոչ թե ուզում է, որ մենք Սահմանադրություն փոխենք, այլ որ մենք պատմություն չունենանք։ Իրենք մեր պատմությունն են ուզում, իրենք պատմություն չունեցող երկիր են, Ադրբեջանը ստեղծվել է անցած դարի սկզբին, մինչ այդ ոչ մի փաստաթղթի մեջ Ադրբեջանի մասին որևէ հիշատակում չի եղել։ Իրենց նպատակը ոչ թե մեզ հետ խաղաղության պայմանագիրն է, այլ մեր պատմությունը յուրացնելն է, ինչին մեր ղեկավարությունը տուրք է տալիս»,- նշել է նախկին նախարարը։

Արշակ Կարապետյանն անդրադարձել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարություններին, թե Անկախության հռչակագիրը պատերազմի առիթ է Ադրբեջանի համար։ «Եվ ինչքան պետք է վախենանք։ Հարց են տալիս, ասում է՝ «եկեք հասկանանք՝ մեզ ինչի չեն սիրում, և փոխվենք։ Մեր զինանշանի վրա Մասիս սարն է, մեր եռագույնը թուրքերին դուր չի գալիս, մեր պատմությունը թուրքերին դուր չի գալիս, եկեք փոխվենք»։ Մենք ապրել ենք Օսմանյան Կայսրության ժամանակ և եղել ենք նրանց քաղաքացին։ Ո՛չ զինանշան ենք ունեցել, ո՛չ եռագույն ենք ունեցել, նույնիսկ զենք կրելու իրավունք չենք ունեցել, բա ինչո՞ւ մեզ 1915 թվին սկսեցին կոտորել»,- ամփոփում է «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ Արշակ Կարապետյանը։
