Հայաստանը նորանոր արհավիրքների է բախվելու. Արշակ Կարապետյան

Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորի փոփոխությունը լուրջ հետևանքներ կարող է ունենալ, այս արձանագրումն արվել է բազմիցս, արվել է հնարավոր բոլոր մասնագետների կողմից։

Գործող իշխանությունները, հատկապես վերջին օրերին, անցել են բացահայտ առճակատման Ռուսաստանի հետ՝ ընդհուպ Փաշինյանը «Ֆրանս 24» հեռուստաալիքի եթերում հնարավոր բոլոր մեղքերն է հասցեագրել Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպությանը՝ նշելով, որ Հայաստանը սառեցրել է իր անդամակցությունը։
Հակառուսական իր դրսևորումներում Փաշինյանն ավելի հեռուն է գնացել և նոր մեղադրանքներ հասցեագրել Ռուսաստանին։

Մյունխենի գագաթաժողովից հետո, Փարիզ մեկնելով, ակնհայտ էր, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այլևս լիովին անցել է արևմտյան հովանավորների վերահսկողության տակ։ Եթե մինչ այդ երբեմն հաջողվում էր ինչ-ինչ հարցերում խուսանավել և մանևրել, ապա այլևս նա այդ հնարավորությունը չունի։ Արևմուտքում հրաշալի հասկանում են, որ Փաշինյանն անվստահելի գործընկեր է, նրան չեն կարողանալու պահել իրենց հնարավորությունների տիրույթում, եթե ամբողջությամբ չփչացնեն և չմտցնեն իրենց վերահսկողության տակ։

Պաշտոնական Փարիզը, պաշտոնական Վաշինգտոնը և պաշտոնական Բրյուսելը հրաշալի հասկանում են, թե ով է իրականում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ինչ կարելի էր սպասել նրա կողմից և ինչ է պետք անել Հայաստանը վերջնականապես իրենց ձեռքը գցելու համար, ուստի և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ակնհայտորեն թելում է նրանց թելը։

Իրավիճակը գնալով չափազանց վտանգավոր է դառնում Հայաստանի համար։ Ռուսաստանը, որ այժմ զբաղված է Ուկրաինայում պատերազմով, բնականաբար չի կարող անհրաժեշտ ռեսուրսներ ներգրավել Հարավային Կովկասում իր ազդեցությունը պահելու համար։ Դրա համար էլ, ի դեպ, ռազմավարական ընկերության պայմանագիր է կնքել թե՛ Ադրբեջանի հետ, թե՛ այն վաղուց ուներ նաև Հայաստանի հետ, այդ կերպ կարծելով, թե կկարողանա պահպանել Հարավային Կովկասի հանդարտ իրավիճակը մինչ զբաղված է Ուկրաինայում։ Արևմուտքի համար, սակայն խիստ անհրաժեշտություն է Ռուսաստանի դեմ նոր ճակատներ բացելու, և ճակատներից մեկը, ինչպես ակնհայտորեն երևում է ՝ Հայաստանն է։

Մեր հարևան անմիջական երկիրը ՆԱՏՕ-ից Թուրքիան է, որը Ռուսատանի խնդիրների դեպքում, վերջապես իրեն կզգա տարածաշրջանում միակը և չի լինի որևէ զսպող մեխանիզմ՝ նրան իր նպատակներից հեռու պահելու համար։
Ե՛վ ԵՄ-ն և՛ ԱՄՆ-ն ընդամենը հնարավոր հարձակումների, էսկալացիաների դեպքում հերթապահ հայտարարություններ կանեն, կդատապարտեն ռազմական գործողությունները, բայց ոչ ավելին՝ ընդհակառակը ծածուկ ուրախանալով Հարավային Կովկասից Ռուսաստանին հեռացնելու հարցը գլուխ բերելու համար։ Արդյունքում հերթական անգամ ոտատակ է գնալու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բնակչությունը։

Իդեպ վերջերս լուրեր տարածվեցին, որ Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին մարտին այցելելու է Հայաստան։ Ինչը փորձագետների կարծիքով Հայաստանի համար թե քաղաքական, թե տնտեսական առումով շատ վատ հետևանքներ կունենա։

Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ Արշակ Կարապետյանը բազմիցս նշել է այս վտանգների մասին, ասել, որ Հայաստանն իր դիրքերն ամրացնելու մի ուղի ունի՝ այն է Ռուսաստան-Հայաստան-Իրան ռազմավարական դաշինք կնքելու տարածաշրջանում ոչ թե Արևմուտքի, այլ իր մերձավոր դաշնակիցների ազդեցությունը բարձրացնելու, այդ կերպ սեփական անվտանգությունը, ինքնիշխանությունը պաշտպանելու մեջ է, այլապես Հայաստանը նորանոր արհավիրքների է բախվելու։
