Իտալիա. 2023 թվականին արևային և քամու էներգիայի ռեկորդային արտադրություն

Euronews.com-ը գրում է, որ արևային և հողմային կայանքները անցյալ տարի Իտալիայում արտադրել են ռեկորդային քանակությամբ էլեկտրաէներգիա, հայտնել է երկրի ցանցային օպերատոր Terna-ն:z`

Հողմատուրբինները սահմանել են 23,4 տերավատ/ժամ ռեկորդ, իսկ արևային մարտկոցները զգալիորեն գերազանցել են նախորդ ցուցանիշը հասնելով 30,6 ՏՎտ/ժ սահմանագծին:

Բոլոր վերականգնվող աղբյուրները, ներառյալ հիդրոէներգիան, ապահովել են Ապենինների էլեկտրաէներգիայի կարիքների գրեթե 37%-ը՝ 2022 թվականի 31%-ի փոխարեն:

Այնուամենայնիվ, Իտալիան դեռ չի հասել այլընտրանքային էներգիային անցնելու իր նպատակին՝ մինչև 2030 թվականը վերականգնվող աղբյուրներից 70% ընդհանուրում:

«Այս տվյալները ցույց են տալիս, որ իտալական վերականգնվող էներգիայի ոլորտը վերջապես դուրս է գալիս ձմեռային քնի վիճակից», — Euronews Green-ին ասել է Ember Centre-ի էներգետիկայի և կլիմայի ավագ վերլուծաբան Քրիս Ռոսլոուն:

«Սակայն, ոչ հանածո էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրության աճը ավելի շատ պայմանավորված է 2022 թվականի երաշտից հետո հիդրոէներգիայի վերականգնման շնորհիվ», — ավելացրել է փորձագետը:

2030 թվականի նպատակին հասնելու համար, Իտալիայի Էներգետիկայի և կլիմայի ազգային ծրագրի համաձայն, քամու և արևային էներգիայի արտադրությունը պետք է տարեկան աճի 17 տոկոսով:

«Կանաչ» էներգիայի աճի ֆոնին գազի և ածխի կայաններում էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրությունը նվազել է համապատասխանաբար 17,4 և 42 տոկոսով։

Իտալիայում հանածո վառելիքի մասնաբաժնի անկմանը նպաստել է նաև էլեկտրաէներգիայի սպառման անկումը 2022 թվականի համեմատությամբ՝ 2,8%-ով քիչ, ինչը էներգետիկ ճգնաժամի հետևանքների շարունակությունն է, նշում է Terna-ն։ Դրան նպաստել է նաև արտասահմանից էլեկտրաէներգիայի ներկրումը։

Ածխով աշխատող էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրության զգալի անկումը, բացատրել է Terna-ն, «2023 թվականին գազի ճգնաժամի գագաթնակետին ներդրված ածուխով աշխատող էլեկտրակայանների օգտագործումը առավելագույնի հասցնելու նախաձեռնությունների կասեցման հետևանք է»։

Անցյալ տարի Միջազգային էներգետիկ գործակալության գործադիր տնօրեն Ֆաթիհ Բիրոլն ասել է, որ աշխարհը գտնվում է մաքուր էներգիայի «անկասելի» անցման մեջ: Այս դինամիկան ակնհայտ է ոչ միայն Իտալիայում քամու և արևային էներգիայի, այլ նաև հարակից տեխնոլոգիաների զարգացման մեջ:

«Վերականգնվող էներգիայի աղբյուրների աճից բացի, էներգիայի պահեստավորումն է արագ զարգանում, — ավելացրել է Ռոսլոուն,- ներկայումս ծրագրեր են իրականացվում աջակցելու էլեկտրաէներգիայի պահեստավորման նոր հզորությունների զարգացմանը վերականգնվող էներգիայի աղբյուրների զարգացումը անվտանգ կառավարելու համար»:

Այնուամենայնիվ, ազգային և տարածաշրջանային մակարդակներում մնում են լուրջ խնդիրներ։ Ըստ ՄԷԳ-ի՝ Իտալիայում կանաչ էներգիայի զարգացմանը խոչընդոտում են լիցենզավորման երկար ու բարդ ընթացակարգերը:
