Փաշինյանը գնում է բաց առճակատման Ռուսաստանի հետ

Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ֆրանսիական հեռուստատեսությանը տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանը սառեցրել է Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպությանն իր մասնակցությունը։ Փաշինյանը նախ մեղադրել է Ռուսաստանին իր և իր իշխանության դեմ հակաքարոզչություն իրականացնելու մեջ, ապա և անդրադարձել է ՀԱՊԿ-ին՝ նշելով, թե Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագիրը Հայաստանի նկատմամբ կյանքի չի կոչվել հատկապես 2021-2022 թվականին։ Միևնույն ժամանակ Փաշինյանը զերծ է մնացել ռուսական 102-րդ ռազմակայանը Հայաստանից հեռացնելու հարցին հստակ պատասխանելուց։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի այս հայտարարությունն անմիջապես հարուցել է ռուսական պաշտոնական շրջանակների տարակուսանքին։ Կրեմլի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Դմիտրի Պեսկովը նշել է, թե Հայաստանը ՀԱՊԿ-ում իր անդամակցությունը սառեցնելու մասին պաշտոնական որևէ դիմում չի ներկայացրել։ Ավելի կոշտ հայտարարություն է տարածել Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն, նշել, թե պարզաբանումներ է ակնկալում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունների վերաբերյալ։ «Մոսկվան ելնում է նրանից, որ Հայաստանը շարունակում է մնալ ՀԱՊԿ-ի լիիրավ անդամ, այդ կարգավիճակից բխող բոլոր իրավունքներով և պարտավորություներով։ Միևնույն ժամանակ ցավով նշում ենք, որ կազմակերպության միջոցառումներին Երևանի մասնակցության դինամիկան նվազել է, ինչն ակնհայտորեն չի համապատասխանում բարեկամ հայ ժողովրդի շահերին և երկրի անվտանգության ապահովման նպատակներին»,-հայտնել են Մոսկվայից։

Փաստացի, իր վերջին հայտարարություններով Փաշինյանը բացահայտ առճակատման մեջ է մտնում Ռուսաստանի և նրա ազդեցության տակ գտնվող ՀԱՊԿ-ի հետ, առավել ևս, որ դա անում է Ֆրանսիայից, որտեղից ընդամենը երեկ նոր սպառազինություն է ստացել։ Ըստ էության՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հենց արևմտյան հովանավորների պահանջով է սրում հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ՝ մտածելով, որ միայն այդ կերպ կկարողանա պահպանել իր իշխանությունը Հայաստանում՝ առանց հաշվի առնելու հնարավոր հետևանքները Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար։
