Աբխազիան ցանկանում է միանալ Ռուսաստանի և Բելառուսի Միութենական պետությանը՝ պահպանելով անկախությունը

Աբխազիան շահագրգռված է մասնակցել Ռուսաստանի և Բելառուսի միութենական պետությանը՝ պահպանելով իր անկախությունը, սակայն այդ ուղղությամբ աշխատանքը կարող է տևել մինչև 10 տարի։ Այս մասին ՏԱՍՍ-ին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է Աբխազիայի նախագահ Ասլան Բժանիան։

«Միութենական պետությունը ձևաչափ է, որտեղ անկախ պետությունները փոխշահավետ պայմաններ են համաձայնեցնում վերպետական կառույցներ ստեղծելու համար:Մենք պատրաստ ենք դրան, բայց պետք է որոշակի փուլ անցնենք, պետք է նախապատրաստվեն կանոնակարգեր, և այս պատմությունը կարող է տևել մոտ 5-10 տարի, ինչպես Ռուսաստանի կողմից Աբխազիայի անկախության ճանաչման պատմությունը»,- ասել է նախագահը։

Բժանիան նշել է, որ «առաջին հերթին առաջնորդվում է այն փաստաթղթերով, որոնք ստորագրվել են Աբխազիայի և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության միջև»։

«Վերջին միջպետական համաձայնագիրը (դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների և ռազմավարական գործընկերության մասին) ստորագրվել է 2014 թվականի նոյեմբերի 24-ին, և դրանում հստակ ասվում է, որ Ռուսաստանն աջակցում է Աբխազիայի Հանրապետությանը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախաձեռնած ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացներին մասնակցելու հարցում։ Այս ձևաչափն առավելագույնս համապատասխանում է մեր ապագային, ապագայի մեր տեսլականին։ Մենք ցանկանում ենք լինել Ռուսաստանի և Բելառուսի հետ, ցանկանում ենք ակտիվ մասնակից լինել այս ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացին՝ պահպանելով մեր անկախությունը»,- ասել է Աբխազիայի նախագահը։

«Այս միությունը (Ռուսաստան, Բելառուս և Աբխազիա) ձեռնտու է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ժողովրդին, Բելառուսի ժողովրդին և, իհարկե, Աբխազիայի ժողովրդին: Այն մի կողմից թույլ կտա մեզ պահպանել մեր ինքնությունը, մշակույթը, մյուս կողմից՝ դրա զարգացումը: Կարծում եմ, որ նման դաշինքի ուղղությամբ աշխատանքը ճիշտ վեկտորն է մեր հարաբերությունների զարգացման համար»,- հավելել է նա։

«Մեր անկախությունը թանկ գնով ենք ձեռք բերել, և մենք չենք ուզում դառնալ այս կարգավիճակը կորցրած պետություն, մենք ուզում ենք լինել այնպիսի պետություն, որը կարող է մասնակցել ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացներին այնպիսի պետությունների հետ, ինչպիսիք են Ռուսաստանը, Բելառուսը և նրանց հետ, ովքեր ցանկանում են անդամակցել նման միությանը»,- եզրափակել է Աբխազիայի նախագահը։
