Հերթական դեղին քարտը Մոսկվայից

Ռուսաստանից հերթական դեղին քարտն է ստացել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։ Կրեմլի խոսնակ Դմիտրի Պեսկովը մեկնաբանել է Մյունխենում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի արած հայտարարությունը՝ ըստ որի Ուկրաինայի պատերազմի հարցում Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանի դաշնակիցը չէ։ Պեսկովը նշել է, թե՝ «Մոսկվայի և Երևանի դիրքորոշումները Ուկրաինայի հարցում տրամագծորեն տարբեր են և դա գաղտնիք չէ, հետևաբար սա մեր հայ բարեկամների հայտնի դիրքորոշումն է, մենք համաձայն չենք նրանց հետ և համառորեն կշարունակենք բացատրել մեր իրավացիությունը։ Դիվանագիտական այս ձևակերպումների մեջ ամենավտանգավորը հենց «համառորեն» բառն է»։

Փաստացի, Պեսկովն ընդունելով կարևորագույն այս հարցում ունեցած տարաձայնությունները, ուղղակի սպառնալիք է հնչեցնում Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններին։ Գաղտնիք չէ, որ Հայաստանը տևակա ժամանակ անցել է Ուկրաինային բացահայտ աջակցելուն։ Անցած տարվա սեպտեմբերին Աննա Հակոբյանի Կիև այցից և մարդասիրական օգնություն տանելուց հետո, Հայաստանն արդեն 6-7 անգամ մարդասիրական օգնություն է փոխանցել Ուկրաինային, ընդ որում, թեպետ Հայաստանի ուղարկած օգնությունը զգալիորեն զիջում է Ադրբեջանի տրամադրած օգնությանը, սակայն, հաշվի առնելով հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների վատթարացող իրավիճակը, ցանկացած նման դեպք շատ ծանր է ընդունվում ռուսական կողմի համար, ուստի և Ռուսաստանը մի քանի զգուշացումներից հետո արդեն անցել է բացահայտ դեղին քարտեր ցույց տալուն։ Թե քանի՞ դեղին քարտից հետո կորոշեն կարմիր քարտ ցույց տալ, պարզ չէ, բայց այն, որ Մոսկվայի համբերությունը սպառվում է, արդեն իսկ ակնհայտ է։
