Մյունխենն ապացուցեց՝ արտաքին վեկտորի փոփոխությունը ձախողված է

Մյունխենի անվտանգության համաժողովում հանդիպումների տոնայնությունը, Ալիևի և Փաշինյանի հանդիպումներից հետո, ԱՄՆ-ն և Եվրամիության բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների հայտարարությունները հերթական անգամ վկայում են, որ արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորը փոխելու Փաշինյանի քաղաքականությունը պարզ ասած ձախողված է։

Ադրբեջանում արտահերթ նախագահական ընտրությունների ընթացքում և դրանից հետո, մի շարք եվրոպական և արևմտյան կառույցներ քննադատում էին Իլհամ Ալիևին ընտրությունները կեղծելու համար։ ԵԱՀԿ զեկույցը բավական խիստ էր, ընդ որում այդ զեկույցը մատնանշել էին անգամ Վաշինգտոնից և ԱՄՆ-ից որևէ շնորհավորանք Իլհամ Ալիևը չէր ստացել, Մյունխենում, սակայն, Իլհամ Ալիևին ընդունել են բավականին բարյացակամ, բազմաթիվ էներգետիկ, տնտեսական և քաղաքական հարցեր են քննարկել, ուշադիր լսել են հայ-ադրբեջանական հակամարտությունները կարգավորելու վերաբերյալ նրա պահանջները։

Փաստացի, մինչ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները փորձում են ներկայացնել, թե Փաշինյանին Մյունխենում չափազանց լավ են ընդունել և հայկական կողմի շահերը հաշվի են առնելու, իրականում ընդամենը նախազգուշացրել են, որ ունեն սեփական շահերը տարածաշրջանում և այդ շահերի ծիրում Ադրբեջանի պահանջներն իրենց համար մեծ կարևորություն են ներկայացնում։ Միակ բանը, որ առայժմ Փաշինյանին հաջողվում է անել Արևմուտքի հետ միասին, առայժմ ձգել Ադրբեջանի կողմից հնարավոր ռազմական էսկալացիան, այն էլ Իլհամ Ալիևը հստակ երաշխիքներ այդ առումով չի էլ տվել։ Ալիևն Արևմուտքի հետ իր հարաբերություններում կարողանում է լավ մանևրել և սպառնալ ընդհուպ, որ կանցնի ռուսական ազդեցության տակ, եթե իր պահանջները չբավարարեն։

Առաջիկայում տեղի կունենա Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարների հանդիպումը, ինչպես նշել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, քննարկելու են խաղաղության պայմանագրի դրույթները։
