Սա խելացնորություն է՝ ամեն մի նոր հայտարարություն հակասում է նախորդին

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հինգշաբթի՝ կառավարության նիստի ժամանակ հայտարարեց, որ Հայաստանի օրենսդրությունը մեր խնդիրն է և միջամտելու իրավունք չունի որևէ մեկը։ Քաղաքագետ Սուրեն Սուրենյանցը կարծում է, որ այս մոտեցումը տրամագծորեն հակառակ է վերջին շաբաթներին Փաշինյանի և նրա թիմի կողմից տարվող գծին։

«Խոսում էին, որ Սահմանադրությունը խանգարում է խաղաղության պայմանագրին, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ինչ-որ ցլերի ու կարմիր շորերի օրինակ էր բերում, հիմա նա միանգամայն այլ բնույթի հայտարարություն է անում։ Ի դեպ, սա նրան տիպական է, իր կերպարի համար բնորոշ բան է, որովհետև ինքը սիրում է իրար հակասող հայտարարություններ անել, ու ողբերգություն է, որ դա հատկապես անում է արտաքին քաղաքականությանը վերաբերվող հարցերում, ինչը հետո որպես կանոն հանգեցնում է շատ ծանր հետևանքների երկրի համար»,-ասաց Սուրենյանցը։

Ի՞նչն առիթ հանդիսացավ նման փոփոխության համար, հարցին քաղաքագետը նշեց, որ Փաշինյանն արդեն բացահայտ հիասթափություն ունի Արևմուտքից և փորձում է նրանց հասկացնել դեմարշով, որ այլևս նրանց երաշխիքներին չի հավատում։ 

«Երկրորդը կապում եմ մեր բոլորի ջանքերի հետ, ինչպես գիտեք մեր կուսակցությունը, այլ կուսակցություններ, «Հանուն Սահմանադրության» շարժումը մենք ենք նախաձեռնել, «Հայաքվեն» է ինչ-որ նախաձեռնություն արել, ընդհանրապես սա հարց է, որ բացի ՔՊ-ից, եթե նկատել եք, մնացած բոլոր կուսակցությունները հանդես են եկել Սահմանադրության և Անկախության հռչակագրի պաշտպանության դիրքերից և թերևս  նա վախեցել է, որ կարող է այս անգամ իսկապես համահայկական որոշակի ընդվզում լինել»,-ասաց վերջինս։

Անդրադառնալով Փաշինյանի հայտարարությանը, որ Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանից պահանջում է չորս գյուղեր, ասաց, որ կարծում է՝ Տավուշի գյուղերի մասին է խոսքը։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարություններն իրար հակասում են, սական ոչինչ բացառել հնարավոր չէ․ «Անցած տարիներին իր վարած քաղաքականությունը հուշում է, որ, այո, նա վիճակը հասցնում է փակուղու՝ հետո գնում է զիջումների»։

Փարիզում ՀՀ դեսպանության համար մոտավորապես 25 միլիոն եվրո արժողությամբ շենք ձեռք բերելու մասին էլ Սուրենյանցը շեշտեց, որ մեր դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունը պետք է հավուր պատշաճի լինեն, թե տարածքային, թե տեղայնությամբ, սակայն շենք ձեռք բերելով արտաքին քաղաքականության որակը, ցավոք սրտի, չենք կարող բարելավել։

«Միայն արտաքին ֆոնով չես կարող տպավորություն ստեղծել, եթե դու արտաքին քաղաքական օրակարգ ունես»,-նկատեց Սուրենյանցը։

Փաշինյանի հայտարարություններին լուրջ վերաբերվել չի կարելի՝ ամեն մի նոր հայտարարություն հակասում է նախորդին, երրորդ հայտարարությամբ հերքում է նախորդ երկու հայտարարությունները միասին։ 

«Սա խելացնորություն է, երբ որ մարդը ինքը բացում է Սահմանադրության մասին դիսկուրսը, սա Ադրբեջանում որսում են, դարձնում են պահանջ, այդ պահանջը լեգիտիմացնում են արևմտյան հարթակներում, հետո ինքը միամիտ ասում է՝ դա մեր ներքին գործն է։ Ես կարծում եմ Փաշինյանը Արևմուտքից դժգոհ է, երաշխիքներ այլևս չի ստանում։ Սակայն շարունակում է ռուսական բոլոր հարթակները մերժել և այդ մասով մեկնաբանելու որևէ բան էլ չկա»,- եզրափակեց «Դեմոկրատական այլընտրանք» կուսակցության քաղխորհրդի նախագահը Սուրեն Սուրենյանցը։
