Ներքին Հանդը և գեոպոլիտիկ հիվանդը. Արմեն Աշոտյանի արձագանքը կալանավայրից

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վերջին երկու հանրային ելույթները՝ Արագածոտնում և The Telegraph-ինը, օրգանապես շաղկապված են Ներքին Հանդում վերջին բախումների և մեր հերթական զոհերի հետ, որոնց ընտանիքներին խորապես ցավակցում եմ:

Ներքին և արտաքին լսարաններին ուղղված ցածրորակ մանիպուլյացիաները, բացահայտ ստերը, լկտի խաբեությունները ցույց են տալիս, թե ինչքան անպաշտպան է այսօրվա Հայաստանը, և որքան կործանարար է Փաշինյանի կողմից վարվող ներքին և արտաքին քաղաքականությունը:

Ներքին Հանդի իրադարձությունները մերկացրեցին մեր երկրի բացահայտ անպաշտպան վիճակը, երբ գործող ռեժիմը սպառնում է պատժել սեփական զինվորին, իսկ արտաքին որևէ անվտանգային գործոն կամ մեխանիզմ մեր օգտին չի աշխատում:

ՀԱՊԿ-ի և Ռուսաստանի հետ անվտանգային հարաբերությունները պահպանվել են բացառապես դե յուրե ֆորմատում, ավելի բաց ասած՝ զուտ ձևական, ֆորմալ բնույթի են: Իսկ Արևմուտքից ակնկալվող աջակցությունը լավագույն դեպքում դրսևորվել է մտահոգությունների, կոչերի, ափսոսանքների հերթական холостой համազարկով:

Այսինքն՝ ռեժիմի կողմից դատարկաբանվող թեզն անվտանգային ոլորտի դիվերսիֆիկացիայի մասին փուչիկ է, գեոպոլիտիկ կեղծիք: Ոչ մի ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելություն, ոչ մի ռազմավարական գործընկերություն ԱՄՆ-ի կամ Մեծ Բրիտանիայի հետ, ոչ մի ֆրանսիական զենք՝ ոչ մի գործոն, որ Փաշինյանը հրամցնում էր մեզ որպես «ձեռքբերում և երաշխիք», չի կանխել Ադրբեջանի հերթական մահաբեր սադրանքը և չի կանխելու:

Այո՛, Արևմուտքը մասնակի բարկացած է Ադրբեջանի վրա, բայց միայն խոսքերով և լոկ սեփական շահերից ելնելով: Նախ, որովհետև Ադրբեջանը գցում է ԵՄ-ին՝ ստանալով Արցախը և դրանից հետո մերժելով բրյուսելյան ձևաչափը, և, երկրորդը, որովհետև Ալիևի պահվածքն այս փուլում  խոչընդոտում է արևմտյան հիմնական նպատակի իրագործմանը Հարավային Կովկասում, այն է՝ Ռուսաստանի դուրսմղմանն այստեղից:

Ստեղծված իրավիճակում ԵՄ պաշտոնյաներին մնում է սփոփվել այն հանգամանքով, որ նրանց «խրոխտ» թվիթները և ստատուսներն Ադրբեջանի դեմ՝ էյֆորիայի անսպառ աղբյուր են տարաբնույթ կեղծ «եվրացենտրիստների» համար:

Արդյունքում, Մոսկվան նայում է ստեղծված դրությանը՝ «Սա՞ էիք ուզում», Բրյուսելը և Վաշինգտոնը՝ «Սրանից ավել բան չուզեք» դեմքերով, իսկ հայ ժողովուրդը հերթական գերեզմանախորշերի մեջ է դնում ոչ միայն իր զավակներին, այլև իր արժանապատվությունը և ապագան: Այսինքն՝ փաստացի մենք ամբողջությամբ կորցնում ենք՝ Ռուսաստանի, և բավարար չափով չենք ստանում՝ Արևմուտքի աջակցությունը:

Սա ոչ թե արտաքին քաղաքականության «դիվերսիֆիկացիա» է, այլ տոտալ ձախողում, սնանկություն, փլուզում:

Գեոպոլիտիկ պարադոքսը նրանում է, որ Հայաստանը երբեք Ռուսաստանից այսքան կախված չի եղել, որքան այսօր՝ Փաշինյանի ձախողված և արկածախնդիր բեմադրությունների պատճառով: Նիկոլի ջանքերով Հայաստանն ընկել է աշխարհաքաղաքական թակարդի մեջ. հակառուսականությունը բերում է ռուսաստանակախյալության: Իսկ «ինքնիշխանության համար պայքարը»՝ ինքնիշխանության կորստի:
