Սույն թվականի փետրվարի 13-ին Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ ստորաբաժանումները հրաձգային զենքերից կրակ էին բացել Սյունիքի մարզի Ներքին Հանդի հատվածում տեղակայված հայկական դիրքերի ուղղությամբ, որի արդյունքում հայկական կողմը ունեցել է զոհեր։
Զոհերի թվում է «Հայոց Արծիվներ» կամավորական մարտական ջոկատի անդամ, 2016 թվականի Ապրիլյան (Արցախ, Ջաբրայիլ) և 2020 թվականի 44-օրյա (Արցախ, Մարտունի 2) պատերազմների ժամանակ «Հայոց Արծիվներ» կամավորական մարտական ջոկատի կազմում ընդգրկված, երեք պատերազմների ակտիվ մասնակից Հրաչյա Թալիշի Հովհաննիսյանը (ծնված 1957 թվականին)։
Անձամբ իմ և «Հայոց Արծիվների» անունից՝ խոր վշտով ցավակցում ենք մեր մարտական Եղբայր, մեծ հայրենասեր Հրաչյա Հովհաննիսյանի ընտանիքին, հարազատներին, մարտական ընկերներին:
Հրաչյա Հովհաննիսյանը նահատակվեց որպես Հայոց Հայրենիքի պաշտպան, որպես Ազգային Հերոս։
