Պլյուս-մինուս 50 զոհ, պլյուս-մինուս 1 գյուղ. աչքաչափով կառավարող վարչապետը

Մենք ողջ օրը զբաղված ենք Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խոսքի ու գործի հակասությունները, տարբեր ժամանակներում ասվածի տարբերությունները բացահայտելով: Բայց անգամ ամենատարրական հարցերում ՀՀ վարչապետը հետեւողական չէ եւ հավատարիմ չէ իր նախորդ ասածներին:

Ընդամենը մեկ ամիս առաջ` հունվարի 13-ին Գեղարքունիքի մարզում` Գավառում, «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության նախաձեռնող խմբի նիստի ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խոսել է այն մասին, որ Ադրբեջանը գրավել է մեր 32 գյուղի «կենսական նշանակություն ունեցող տարածք»։ Այդ մասին կա ձեսագրություն, խոսքը տարածվել է երկրով մեկ` հրապարակվել հարյուրավոր հարթակներում:

Նա ասել է. «Ադրբեջանը բարձրացնում է չորս գյուղերի հարցեր, իսկ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը` 32 գյուղերի հարցեր, որոնց կենսական նշանակություն ունեցող տարածքներն օկուպացված են, այդ թվում` Գեղարքունիքի մարզում։ Քանի որ մենք հավատարիմ ենք Ալմաթիի հռչակագրի հիման վրա փոխադարձ միմյանց տարածքային ամբողջականությունը ճանաչելուն, մենք ասում ենք` Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև օկուպացված տարածքներ պետք է չլինեն։ Հետևաբար, այնտեղ, որտեղ պարզվի Հայաստանն է որոշ տարածքներ հսկողության տակ պահում, որոնք «դե յուրե» պատկանում են Ադրբեջանին, Հայաստանը պետք է դուրս գա, իսկ այն տարածքները, որոնք «դե յուրե» պատկանում են Հայաստանին և Ադրբեջանն է պահում տիրապետության տակ, Ադրբեջանը պետք է դուրս գա»։

Անցել է մեկ ամիս եւ 32 գյուղը դարձել է 31: Այսօր կառավարության նիստում Փաշինյանն ասել է. 

«Իսկ ի՞նչ է ուզում Ադրբեջանը: Նկատել եք իհարկե, որ Ադրբեջանը պարբերաբար խոսում է, ինչպես ինքն է ձևակերպում, 4 գյուղերի տարածքների մասին, միևնույն ժամանակ՝ հրաժարվելով ընդունել, որ ադրբեջանական օկուպացիայի տակ են գտնվում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության 31 ոչ անկլավային գյուղերի կենսական նշանակության տարածքներ: Այսինքն, այս 4/31-ը վերաբերում է ոչ անկլավային գյուղերին»: 

Ինչպե՞ս կարող է երկրի առաջին դեմքը մեկ ամսվա կտրվածքով` մեկ ասել 32 գյուղի տարածք են գրավել, իսկ մի ամիս անց` 31 գյուղ: Պլյուս-մինուս մի գյուղ կամ մի գյուղի տարածք, տարբերություն չկա՞: Ինչքա՜ն անպատասխանատու եւ անփույթ պետք է լինի իշխանությունը, որ իր ունեցած 29 հազար 800 կիլոմետրին, իր ունեցած հազարի չափ գյուղերին, այս երկրի բնակչությանը նման կերպ վերաբերվի: Ինչքա՜ն ոչ պրոֆեսիոնալ պիտի լինեն կառավարման օղակները, որ հստակ` մետրերի ու սանտիմետրերի ճշգրտությամբ չկարողանան պարզել, թե ինչ է գրավել թշնամին: Ինչքա՜ն հանգիստ պետք է վերաբերվեն թշնամու կողմից մեր հայրենիքի, մեր հողերի օկուպացմանը, որ այսպես անփույթ արտահայտվեն:
