Երկրի արտաքին պարտքը կրկնապատկվել է. Փաշինայնի և Զելենսկու կառավարման արդյունքը

Հայաստանի պետական պարտքը 2023 թվականի հուլիսի վերջի դրությամբ կազմել է մոտ 11 մլրդ 352 մլն դոլար։ Այն շուտով կհատի 12 մլրդ-ի շեմը: Ինչպես ցույց են տալիս Ֆինանսների նախարարության տվյալները, տարեսկզբի համեմատ պարտքն աճել է 714 մլն դոլարով կամ 6.7%-ով։

Ըստ վիճակագրական տվյալների՝ 2018 թ․ մայիսի դրությամբ ՀՀ պետական պարտքը կազմել է 6 մլրդ 704 մլն դոլար:

Արտաքին պարտքի հիմնական մասը միջազգային կազմակերպություններից և օտարերկրյա պետություններից ստացված վարկերն են։

Հայաստանը շարունակում է նոր վարկեր ներգրավել սոցիալ-տնտեսական ծրագրերն իրականացնելու համար։ Այդ վերցրած պարտքը տնտեսության մեջ ներդրում չի դառնում, չի ստեղծում հավելյալ արժեք ու անհեռանկար է դառնում դրա սպասարկումը։

Հետաքրքրական է, որ միշտ բոլոր առումներով համեմատվել սիրող իշխանությունը այս թեմայով լռում է: Աննախադեպ ոչինչ չկա, ուղղակի 6 տարում արտաքին պարտքն է կրկնապատկվել:

Նման ցուցանիշ՝ պետական պարտքի կրկնապատկում, վերջին շրջանում արձանագրվել է նաև Ուկրաինայում: Երկրի ֆինանսների նախարարությունը հայտնել է, որ պատերազմի սկզբից ի վեր Ուկրաինայի պետական ​​պարտքը կրկնապատկվել է և հասել 5,5 տրիլիոն գրիվնայի (ավելի քան 145 միլիարդ դոլար):

Եթե Ուկրաինայի դեպքում պարտքի կուտակումը կարող է արդարացվել, երկիրը գրեթե երկու տարի է գտնվում է պատերազմական իրավիճակում, Հայաստանի դեպքում բազմաթիվ հարցեր են առաջանում: Իսկ իշխող ուժը շարունակում է պնդել, որ ցուցանիշը մտահոգիչ չէ, իսկ փողի խնդիր էլ չկա, բայց կառավարության գրեթե ամեն նիստին նոր վարկի են համաձայնություն տալիս:
