Բա թե՝ «ժողովրդավարության բաստիո՜ն»,ժողովրդավարության եսիմ ինչ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Շուտով արդեն վեց տարի կլինի, ինչ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու նրա կարկառունները ներքին ու արտաքին հանրության լսելիքը կոշտուկում են «ժողովրդավարության բաստիոն», «ժողովրդավարության չեմպիոն», «ժողովրդավարության բրենդ» ու ժողովրդավարության չգիտես թե է՛լ ինչերի մասին ճչան հայտարարություններով: Իսկ ի՞նչ ունենք գործնականում: Իսկ գործնականում ունենք այն, որ Փաշինյանն ու նրա կարկառունները Հայաստանը փորձում են վերածել բռնապետության: Բացի այն, որ «ժողովրդավարության բաստիոնի» «բաստիոնապետը» մի կետից մյուսը տեղաշարժվում է հարյուրավոր ոստիկանների տեսանելի ու անվտանգության տասնյակ «անտեսանելի» ներկայացուցիչների ուղեկցությամբ, Հայաստանը վերածվել է իսկական ոստիկանապետության. դե բավական է ժողովրդավարության ատրիբուտ համարվող որևէ հավաք լինի, թեկուզ ոչ մարդաշատ, ողջ ոստիկանությունը լցվում է փողոցները:

Ոստիկանապետությունից բացի, փաշինյանական իշխանության հակաժողովրդավարությունը բավականին ցայտուն դրսևորվում է ժողովրդավարական համակարգի առաջնային ու կարևոր օղակը համարվող ՏԻՄ-երի դեպքում: Այստեղ փաշինյանական իշխանությունը, որպես կանոն, դիմում է վարչական ռեսուրսի ամենազոր օգնությանը, իսկ եթե նույնիսկ դա էլ չի օգնում, ապա՝ «հետընտրական կեղծիքների» գործելակերպին: Կարելի է բազմաթիվ օրինակներ բերել առ այն, թե ինչպես է Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը ճնշումների, խոչընդոտումների, արհեստականորեն ճգնաժամային վիճակ ձևավորելու միջոցով, իսկ եթե դրանք չեն օգնել, ապա ուղղակի կալանավորումներով «վերանայել», նենգախեղել ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների արդյունքները:

Այդքանից հետո միգուցե «տրամաբանական» էր, որ քպական իշխանությունը Երևանի ավագանու իր երեսուն անդամներով որոշեց մանդատազրկել ավագանու ընդդիմադիր մի քանի անդամների: Այդպիսով գործող իշխանությունը փորձում է ոչ միայն ճնշել ընդդիմությանը, այլև հաշվի չառնել հանրության կամընտրության, քվեարկության արդյունքները: Փաշինյանենք շարունակ ոչ վաղուցվա անցյալի մասին ասում էին՝ ոչ ժողովրդավարական, այս, այն, բայց, որքան էլ զարմանաք, այդ «ոչ ժողովրդավարական», «բռնատիրական» ժամանակներում Երևանի ավագանու ընդդիմադիր անդամին (էլ չենք ասում՝ անդամներին) կամայականորեն մանդատից զրկելու դեպք չկարողացանք վերհիշել:

Ի վերջո, համացանցային երկար որոնումներից հետո մի «դեպք» գտանք՝ 2018 թվականին արձանագրված, այն էլ՝ պարզվեց, որ մանդատազրկումը պայմանավորված է եղել ավագանու տվյալ անդամի՝ ԱԺ պատգամավորի մանդատ ստանալու հանգամանքով: Բա թե՝ «ժողովրդավարության բաստիո՜ն», չէ մի չէ՝ «ֆորպոստ»:
