Փաշինյանի նպատակը պետության հիմքերի խարխլումն է

Հայաստանի գործող վարչախումբն արդեն այլևս չի էլ թաքցնում, որ Սահմանադրություն փոփոխելու իր նախաձեռնությունն առաջին հերթին հենց Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հիմքերի խարխլումն է։ Վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձը երեկ Ազգային Ժողովում հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ հայտարարել է, թե խաղաղությունն անհնար է, եթե Հայաստանն առաջնորդվի անկախության հռչակագրով։ Ի սկզբանե՝ նախաձեռնելով սահմանադրության փոփոխության իր դիսկուրսը, Փաշինյանի հիմնական թիրախում հենց Անկախության հռչակագիրն էր։

1990 թվականին ընդունված այդ հիմնարար փաստաթղթում արձանագրվում էր Արցախի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը, նաև Հայոց ցեղասպանության դատապարտման և միջազգային ճանաչման հարցում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պարտավորությունները։

44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո, երբ Փաշինյանը լիովին անցել է թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի տրամադրության տակ, ստիպված է կատարել նրանց բոլոր պահանջները, իսկ Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը տարբեր նպատակներ են հետապնդում։ Թուրքիան, օրինակ, պահանջում է Հայաստանից ընդհանրապես հրաժարվել ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչումից, ինչպես նաև խորհրդանիշների վրայից հեռացնել Արարատ լեռը։ Ադրբեջանն էլ ցանկանում է լիակատար իրավական հիմքեր ստեղծել՝ երբևէ այլևս Արցախի հարցին չվերադառնալու՝ իր բառերով ռևանշից խուսափելու համար։

Թե ինչո՞վ է զբաղված Հայաստանի գործող վրչախումբը, իհարկե, յուրաքանչյուրին էլ հասկանալի է։ Սեփական իշխանությունը պահպանելու մարմաջով՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պատրաստ է անցնել բոլոր սրբությունների վրայով՝ այդ թվում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության։ Զուր չէ, որ ինքն էլ հայտարարում է 4-րդ հանրապետություն ստեղծելու իր մտադրության մասին։

Այս իրավիճակում ամենատարակուսելին, իհարկե, ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերի և հանրության պահվածքն է, որոնք ձևական, թեթև բողոքներից այն կողմ չեն անցնում, ինչն էլ վարչախմբին հույսեր է ներշնչում, թե կարող են շարունակել իրենց ազգադավ քաղաքականությունը նույն տրամաբանությամբ։
