Ազգային անվտանգությանը սպառնացող լուրջ խնդիր. ի՞նչ քարտեզներ են մոգոնում ադրբեջանցիները. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ադրբեջանցիները շարունակում են մեծացնել տեղեկատվական պատերազմի ծավալները՝ ընդդեմ Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերության: Ի մասնավորի, հակահայկական քարոզչական հարթակներից մեկին տված հարցազրույցում Ադրբեջանի քարտեզագիրների հասարակական ասոցիացիայի նախագահ Մուգաբիլ Բայրամովը հայտարարել է, թե, ուշադրություն, ադրբեջանցի մասնագետները սկսել են մշակել Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերության քարտեզը։

Ավելին, նրա խոսքով, քարտեզի 40 տոկոսն արդեն մշակված է, իսկ աշխատանքները նախատեսվում է ավարտել չորս ամսից։ Այսինքն, այդ քարտեզի միջոցով հնարավոր կլինի հստակ իմանալ, թե Հայաստանում որտեղ են գտնվում հանքային պաշարները: Ընդ որում, ինչպես նշել է Բայրամովը, քարտեզն ընդգրկելու է Հայաստանի ողջ տարածքը, և ոչ միայն Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերության տեղանքներն Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանին։ Մի կողմ թողնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ սույն ադրբեջանցին ու նրան ձայնակցած տնտեսագետ Էլ շադ Մամեդովը առիթն օգտագործել են դարձյալ խոսելու հայաստանյան հանքարդյունաբերության՝ շրջակա միջավայրի վրա իբր բացասական ազդեցության մասին, նշենք, որ այս ամենն արդեն իսկապես ստանում է ազգային անվտանգության խնդիր, ինչի մասին ոչ մեկ անգամ զգուշացրել ենք: Երբ ժամանակին թե՛ լրատվամիջոցները, թե՛ փորձագետները զգուշացնում էին, որ հայաստանյան որոշ ՀԿ-ների՝ հանքարդյունաբերության դեմ պայքարը՝ մի կողմից, կասկածելի արտասահմանյան ՀԿ-ների՝ Հայաստանում ուսումնասիրություններ կատարելու թույլտվությունը՝ մյուս կողմից, ջուր են լցնում Ադրբեջանի ջրաղացին, նույն այդ ՀԿ-ներից ոմանք խիստ «նեղվում» էին:

Փաստը մնում է փաստ, որ ադրբեջանցիները ակտիվորեն օգտվում են նշյալ կառույցների տեղեկություններից: Վերջիններիս նպատակը հասկանալի է՝ նրանք ցանկանում են թուլացնել Հայաստանի ողնաշարը, այդ թվում՝ հարվածելով տնտեսության մեջ շոշափելի ներկայություն ունեցող հանքարդյունաբերությանը, հատկապես Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատին, որը տարիներ շարունակ գլխավորում է Հայաստանի խոշոր հարկատուների ցանկը: Անհասկանալի է, թե ինչ նպատակ ունեն հայաստանյան նման կազմակերպությունները: Ինչ վերաբերում է ադրբեջանցիներին, ապա Մամեդովի հետ մի հարցում համաձայն ենք:Նա նշում է, թե «այսօր մենք, ցավոք, տեսնում ենք, որ շատ միջազգային կառույցներ կիրառում են երկակի ստանդարտներ, այդ թվում բնապահպանության ոլորտում»:

Այո, երկակի ստանդարտներն ակնառու են, քանզի լինելով նավթարդյունահանող երկիր՝ բնապահպանական առումով ամենամեծ վնաս հասցնողներից մեկը հենց Ադրբեջանն է, դրան գումարած՝ այդ երկրի ռազմական հանցագործությունները, որոնց վրա նույն «միջազգային կառույցները» հաճախ աչք են փակում:
