Ես չգիտեմ՝ ինչ է կատարվել, դպրոցում եմ եղել. տղաս զանգեց, ասաց՝ ինչ է եղել: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց Նոր Արեշի 34 փողոցում տեղի ունեցած փլուզման հետեւանքով փլատակների տակ մնացած 86-ամյա կնոջ հարսը:

«Տղաս, ասեց՝ ո՞ւր ես: Ինքն էլ աշխատանքի է եղել: Ես արագ նստել եմ տրանսպորտ, եկել եմ տեսել եմ այս վիճակը: Ես Գոգոլի անվան դպրոցում եմ եղել, այնպիսի գմփոց լսվեց, որ երեխաներին թվացել է, թե երկրաշարժ է: Երեխաները սկսեցին գոռալ, փախչել, հետո իմացա, որ այստեղ է եղել: Մեր տանը մարդ չի եղել, տղաս, աղջիկս աշխատանքի են եղել, ես էլ դուրս եմ եկել, որ երեխաներին դպրոցից վերցնեմ: Սկեսուրս հիմա հիվանդանոցում է, զանգեցի, ասացին՝ դեռ նորմալ պատասխան չեն տվել»,-ասաց նա

Կինը պատմեց, որ փլվել է նաեւ կողքի տունը, որը վարձով են տվել ամուսինների. «Կողքի տունը իր հորեղբոր տունն է, վարձով տված է եղել, հիմա ուզում են փլատակներից հանել վարձով ապրող ամուսիններին: 3 տարի է այդտեղ վարձով են ապրում, շատ լավ մարդիկ են»:

Այստեղ էր նաեւ վարձով ապրող կնոջ հարցը, որը լացակումած պատմեց. «Իմ տալն է՝ ամուսնու հետ ապրում այդտեղ վարձով: Ժամը 11.33-ին խոսել եմ, տանն էին: Հետո զանգեցի, չվերցրեց, ամուսնուս հետ արագ եկանք: Տալս 53 տարեկան է՝ Գայանե Եղոյան, ամուսինն էլ 38 տարեկան՝ Հայկ: Ամուսնուն զանգ գոնւմ է, վերցնող չկա»:

ՆԳՆ ՓԾ-ից տեղեկացնում են, որ դեպքի վայր են մեկնել ՆԳՆ ՓԾ Երևան քաղաքի փրկարարական վարչության հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատներից երկու մարտական հաշվարկ, Փրկարարական ուժերի վարչության հատուկ նշանակության փրկարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման կենտրոնի երկու փրկարարական ջոկատ, բժշկական ապահովման վարչության հերթապահ և Ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոնի օպերատիվ խմբերը, հոգեբանական աջակցության բաժնի հերթապահ հոգեբանը, ՓՈՒՎ և Երևան քաղաքի փրկարարական վարչության հրշեջ-փրկարարական աշխատանքների կազմակերպման բաժինների հերթապահ խմբերը։

Ըստ նախնական տվյալների՝ պայթյունի հետևանքով տեղի է ունեցել փլուզում․ կա երկու տուժած:

Փրկարարները փլատակներից դուրս են բերել Ռ․ Ն․-ին (ծնված 1938 թ․) և Հ․ Ս.-ին (ծնված 1994 թ․), ովքեր հոսպիտալացվել են բժշկական կենտրոն։ Բժիշկները Ռ․ Ն․-ի առողջական վիճակը գնահատել են բավարար, իսկ Հ․ Ս.-ինը՝ ծանր։

Դեպքի վայրում է գտնվում ՆԳՆ ՓԾ տնօրեն-ՆԳ նախարարի տեղակալ, փ/ծ գնդապետ Կամո Ցուցուլյանը և ՓԾ տնօրենի տեղակալ, փ/ծ գնդապետ Դավիթ Սարգսյանը։
