Նոր անցյալ, որի ապագայում ՀՀ քաղաքացիները կդառնան հպատակներ

Նոր Սահմանադրություն ընդունելով՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը միայն սահմանադրությունը չէ, որ ցանկանում է փոխել։ Նա հայտարարել է, որ առաջնորդվում է «նոր Սահմանադրություն, նոր պետություն» կոնցեպտով։

Եվ, ամենակարևորը, նա նաև խոստովանել է, որ որևէ երաշխիք չկա, թե այդ ճանապարհը կարող է հաջողության հասնել, կստացվի՝ լավ, չի ստացվի, ինչպես ինքն է ասում՝ մի գեղեցիկ խաչքար կդնեն պետության շիրմաքարին։

Բայց մինչ այդ, Սահմանադրությունը ոչ թե սոսկ իրավական, այլ առաջին հերթին՝ արժեքային, արժեբանական հարթությունում փոխելով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է կերտել ոչ միայն նոր պետություն, այլ, որքան էլ զարմանալի է հնչում՝ նոր անցյալ։ Նա համարում է, որ Հայաստանի այսօրվա բոլոր ողբերգությունների պատճառը հեռավոր ու վաղ անցյալն է, հետևաբար՝ նոր Սահմանադրությունը փոխելուն զուգահեռ՝ նաև նոր պատմություն է գրում, որն իր պատվերի համաձայն՝ պետք է զերծ լինի բոլոր այն խութերից, որոնցով մեր շրջապատը Հայաստանի նկատմամբ ագրեսիվ է տրամադրված։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, որ Հայաստանի նշաձողի իջեցմանը հակադարձ համեմատական կարգով բարձրացրել է սեփական ինքնագնահատականը, իրեն տեղավորում է Հայաստանի ոչ միայն ներկայի, այլ նաև մյուս ժամանակային կատեգորիաների՝ անցյալի ու ապագայի մեջ։ Հենց այդ տրամաբանությամբ է նա փորձում վերաշարադրել պատմությունը, այսինքն՝ մոգոնել նոր անցյալ՝ դառնալով ապագայի՝ նոր պետության սկզբնավորողը։

Համապատասխան մասնագետի դիմելու դեպքում այս իրավիճակը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, շատ կոնկրետ ախտորոշման կարժանանար՝ դրանից բխող ոչ այնքան թեթև բուժման ցուցումով։ Բայց բժշկությանը հայտնի չեն դեպքեր, երբ մասնագետի փոխարեն՝ հասարակությանը դիմելու միջոցով պացիենտը կարող է առողջանալ։

Մինչդեռ հասարակությունը՝ անզոր լինելով դիմողին ապաքինելու հարցում, իրեն փրկելու եզակի, շատ հնարավոր է՝ վերջին հնարավորությունն ունի՝ մերժելով նոր Սահմանադրության անվան տակ հայ ժողովրդին պարտադրվող նվաստացումը։ Մերժումը, որ նույն ժողովուրդը մի քանի տարի առաջ համարեց իր փրկության միջոցը և այդ մոլորության համար վճարեց ողբերգությամբ ու սեփական զավակների կյանքով, ժողովուրդ մնալու իրապես վերջին շանսն է։ Որովհետև, եթե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իրագործի իր մտադրությունները, և եթե անգամ դրա արդյունքում Հայաստանը շարունակի ձևականորեն պետություն համարվել, դա լինելու է անարժանապատիվ, թույլ, նվաղած կազմավորում, որի ղեկավարները նվաստանալու են արտաքին աշխարհում և այդ նվաստացումը սեփական ժողովրդի նկատմամբ փոխադրելով՝ փորձելու են պահպանել իշխանությունը։

Այն պետությունը, որի կերտմանը գնում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, չի կարող թույլ տալ արժանապատիվ, կամային, ոգեղեն ժողովրդի առկայություն, որովհետև դրանք իրար հետ անհամատեղելի են։ Հետևաբար, եթե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի պետականաքանդ ընթացքը չկասեցվի, Հայաստանի քաղաքացիները՝ գուցե ձևականորեն պահպանելով այդ կարգավիճակը, վերածվելու են հպատակների՝ բառի ամենաուղիղ և ամենաստորացուցիչ իմաստով։

Եվ առաջիկայում կայանալիք հանրաքվեին ՀՀ քաղաքացիները քվեարկելու են ոչ թե ուղղակի նոր Սահմանադրության, այլ քաղաքացու իրենց կարգավիճակը պահպանելու կամ քաղաքացուց հպատակի վերածվելու օգտին։
