Սահմանադրության հարցը ադրբեջանական-թուրքական կոնկրետ թելադրանք է, որ, ցավոք, բխում է նաև ՀՀ իշխանության քաղաքական շահերից

Արման Թաթոյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
 
Ադրբեջանի նախագահը ՀՀ Սահմանադրությունը փոխելու մասին առաջին անգամ, այն էլ սպառնալիքով, խոսել է 2021թ. ապրլի 13-ին. այն այսօրվա չէ:
Սահմանադրության հարցը ադրբեջանական-թուրքական կոնկրետ թելադրանք է, որ, ցավոք, բխում է նաև ՀՀ իշխանության քաղաքական շահերից:
Ադրբեջանի նախագահն այսօր պարզապես կրկնել է այն ու նորից սպառնալիքով խոսել ոչ միայն ՀՀ Սահմանադրությունը, այլ նաև օրենքները, Կառավարության որոշումները ու բոլոր մյուս իրավական ակտերը փոխելու մասին (ընդ որում, սա էլ նոր չէ): Այսինքն` Սահմանադրությանը հետևելու են ՀՀ օրենքները, բանակը, տնտեսությունը և այդպես շարունակ:
Այս հարցի հետ կապված` մենք ուսումնասիրել ենք ադրբեջանական հանրային-քաղաքական տիրույթը. այստեղ նույն թեզերն ու հիմնավորումներն են, որով նոր Սահմանադրության հարցն առաջ է տանում ՀՀ կառավարությունը:
Այսօր Ադրբեջանի նախագահն արդեն անձամբ է գովել ՀՀ կառավարության այս քննարկումը:
Այս օրակարգով ՀՀ կառավարությունը կասկածի տակ է դնում Հայաստանի լեգիտիմությունը: Մեր պետությունը դարձնում է ադրբեջանական իշխանության գերին:
Սա Ադրբեջանին բացարձակ ձեռնտու է նաև այն առումով, որ շեղում է ուշադրությունն իր հանցանքներից Արցախում ու լեգիտիմացնում դրանք:
Հիմա Ադրբեջանի համար կենսական է ամեն կերպ վերացնել 2023թ. սեպտեմբերին արցախահայերի զանգվածային բռնի տեղահանման, նրանց վերադարձի, տարբեր ժամանակաշրջանում ադրբեջանական զանգվածային հանցանքների, Հայաստանի տարածքների օկուպացիայի և մյուս թեմաները: Էլ չասած, որ զուգահեռ խորանում են հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության վերացման, թշնամանքի խորացման, Հայաստանի զավթման ադրբեջանական ծրագրերը:
Մեզ համար կենսական հարցերի (սկսած ադրբեջանական հանցանքների համար պատասխանատվությունից մինչև Արցախի էթնիկ զտումներ ու Հայաստան ադրբեջանական ներխուժումների վերացում) վրա կենտրոնանալու փոխարեն առաջ է տարվում ադրբեջանական թելադրանք:
