Չի բացառվում, որ վաղը Ծիծեռնակաբերդն էլ քանդել տան, այս իշխանությունները ուրանում են ամեն ինչ․ Արծվիկ Մինասյան

ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության քարտուղար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը անդրադարձել է սահմանազատման հանձնաժողովների գործունեությանը՝ հարցադրում անելով, թե առհասարակ ի՞նչ սկզբունքների վրա է հիմնված այդ հանձնաժողովների աշխատանքները։

«Եթե ուշադիր նայենք՝ 2023թ-ի դեկտեմբերին կառավարությունը ընդունել է մի որոշում, որը որևէ սկզբունք չի պարունակում իր մեջ, թե հայկական կողմը ինչ սկզբունքներով պետք է առաջնորդվի։ Ավելին, սևով սպիտակի վրա նշված է, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները ընդունում են այդ փաստաթուղթը, որը, որպես այդպիսին, աշխատակարգ էլ չի։

Սկզբունքները պետք է արտացոլված լինեն փաստաթղթում և բխեն  միազգային լավագույն փորձից, որը արտացոլված է ԵԱՀԿ փաստաթղթում։ Ալիևը հոխորտում է, թե այն ինչ իմ տիրապետության տակ է իմն է ու մնացածներն էլ պետք է տաք, հայկական կողմը տալիս է 0 արձագանք։ Հակառակը, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ու իր վարչակարգը իրենց հայտարարություններով պատրաստ են ամեն ինչ զիջել՝ անկլավներից սկսած ավարտված պետականության հիմքերով»,- ասաց նա։

Արծվիկ Մինասյանի խոսքով՝ 29․800 կմ քա-ն պահելու մասին թեզը ևս կեղծ է։

«Եթե դեկտեմբերին կառավարությունը ընդունում է նման որոշում, որը, ըստ էության միջազգային համաձայնություն է, որքանո՞վ է այդ համաձայնությունը  իրավաչափ, եթե այն չի անցնում  հայաստանյան ներպետական ընթացակարգով։ Ով է տվել իրեն իրավունք, որ վերցնում, Ալիևի հետ պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերում։

Ուժի չկիրառում, դրա ներքո այսօր բռնազավթված տարածքներից ադրբեջանական զինուժի դուրսբերման որևէ դրույթի բացակայություն, հումանիտար որևէ թեմայի չարծարծում, այս պայմաններում ի՞նչ հարցեր պետք է քննարկեն։

Ես միշտ դեմ եմ եղել, որ Ալմաթիի փաստաթուղթը բերում մտցնում են այս գործընթացների մեջ, բայց այնուհանդերձ ինչո՞ւ, որպես կարևորագույն,  սկզբունք չի դրվում այն պահը, որ երկրների համար առկա կամ փաստացի սահման արտահայտությունը  վերաբերելի է այդ երկրի՝ պաշտոնապես անդամակցության վավերացման  պահից»,- ընդգծեց Մինասյանը։

Պատգամավորի խոսքով՝ տարվող գործընթացում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վարում է միայն զիջման քաղաքականություն։

«Անկախ նրանից, ՀՀ իշխանությունները  ի՞նչ կասեն, եթե ադրբեջանական ու թուրքական պահանջը վերաձևակերպած է, որ հայ ժողովուրդը պետք է հրաժարվի իր պատմական անցյալից, անցյալի իրավունքներից, նույնիսկ եթե դու ներքին համոզում ունես, որ դա լավ բան է, դու դա չպետք է անես, որովհետև քո թշնամու ասածը անելը նշանակում է՝ ենթարկվում ես նրա կանոններին։

Սարսափելի է գիտակցել, որ այսօրվա իշխանությունը փորձում է ուրանալ Երրորդ հանրապետության  հիմքերը։ Դա նման է շենքի, որը կառուցված է կոնկրետ հիմքերի վրա, իրենք ասում ենք բերեք այդ հիմքերը փոխենք։ Եթե փոխում ես հիմքը, նշանակում է շենքը քանդում ես, դա նշանակում է վերացնել Երրորդ հանրապետությունը, այսօրվա իշխանությունը գնում է դրան։ Այս մարդիկ ուրանում են ամեն ինչ, չի բացառվում, որ վաղը Ծիծեռնակաբերդն էլ քանդել տան, քանի կա այս իշխանությունը մենք անընդհատ պարտվելու ենք։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ու իր վարչակարգը ցանկանում են ՀՀ-ն դարձնել «ՔՊստան»՝ առանց ազգային իղձերի ու հայ մարդու ինքնության պահպանման»,- ասաց Արծվիկ Մինասյանը։
