Ա՛յ քաղաքական լակոտներ, սա նիկոլստան չէ, Հայաստան է, որտեղ Նիկոլին պետք է բանտ տանել. Պարույր Հայրիկյան

Ցանկացած պետության համար նոր Սահմանադրության անհրաժեշտություն ծագում է այն դեպքում, երբ հանրության մեծամասնությունը և ոչ թե մի մոլագար կամ գիժ, համակարծիք է երկրում պետական համակարգի փոփոխման շուրջ. օրինակ, Սահմանադրություն ունենալու անհրաժեշտություն մեզանում առաջացավ, երբ Հայաստանն անկախ պետություն դարձավ, իսկ պետությունը պետք է ունենար Սահմանադրություն։

168 TV-ի «Ռեվյու» հաղորդաշարի եթերում, խոսելով Հայաստանին պարտադրվող նոր Սահմանադրության անհրաժեշտության մասին, նման տեսակետ հայտեց ԱԻՄ առաջնորդ Պարույր Հայրիկյանը՝ շարունակելով.

«Հիմա Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի առաջարկածը մոլագար գժի նախաձեռնություն է, որովհետև երբ մեկն ասում է, թե մենք պետք է պահպանենք խորհրդարանական կառավարման համակարգը, բայց ունենանք նոր Սահմանադրություն, դա նշանակում է՝ ունի հետին նպատակներ։ Մենք գործ ունենք քաղաքական լակոտի հետ. այդպիսի անպատասխանատվություն սեփական խոսքի, սեփական ժողովրդի նկատմամբ կարող է ցույց տալ մի մարդ, որին կարող ես կոչել ուղղակի «փոքրիկ»»,- ասաց Հայրիկյանը՝ հիշեցնելով, որ Փաշինյանը 3 անգամ հետաձգել է սահմանդրական բարեփոխումների հանձնաժողովի գործունեության ժամկետը՝ խախտելով օրենքը, ուստի դրա համար պետք է ենթարկվի իրավական պատասխանատվության։

«Նա պետք է լսեր իր հոգևոր հայրիկին՝ Լևոն Տեր-Պետոսյանին, որն ասել էր՝ չեղարկիր կառավարման մոդելը, բայց նա դա չարեց։ Նա, դառնալով իշխանական լծակների տեր, չի՛ բարելավել հիմնական օրենքը։ Մյուս կողմից, երբ հիմա խոսում է նոր Սահմանադրության մասին, պետք է հարցնել՝ նախընտրական ծրագրում գրե՞լ էիք, որ նոր Սահմանադրություն եք ընդունելու»,- ասաց ԱԻՄ առաջնորդը։

Ինչ վերաբերում է Հայաստանի Անկախության հռչակագրում Արցախի և Հայոց ցեղասպանության հիշատակումը Հայաստանի համար թակարդ համարելուն, Պարույր Հայրիկյանը շեշտեց՝ դա օտարի պատվեր է, որովհետև ամեն ազգ ազգ է՝ իր ուղձերով, իր անցյալով։

«Սա նիկոլստան չէ, սա Հայաստանն է։ Գիտե՛ք, էս քաղաքական լակոտների չեկիստ պապաներն էլ ինձ էին ժամանակին ասում՝ ի՞նչ անկախություն. դատվում ես, ի՞նչ անկախություն, հետևապես՝ մենք այդպիսի քաղաքական լակոտների հետին նպատակներով չպետք է առաջնորդվենք։ Նիկոլով չի սկսվել մարդկության պատմությունը, և պետք է հիշել՝ ամեն ոք, որ ուրանում է իր ծնողին, այլևս դառնում է շան լակոտ։ Ասված է՝ պատվիր ծնողներիդ, այսինքն՝ պատվիր անցյալդ, որ օրերդ երկար լինեն, եթե հակառակը ասենք՝ մի՛ պատվիր անցյալդ, և օրերդ կարճ կլինեն, հետևապես՝ իրենք ասում են՝ ոչնչացնենք մեր ազգը»,- ասաց Հայրիկյանը։

Անցյալն ուրանալու համատեքստում Պարույր Հայրիկյանը դիտարկեց մեկ այլ ՔՊ-ականի՝ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի առաջարկը՝ Հայաստանի օրհներգն ու հիմնը փոխելու վերաբերյալ։

«Էս ի՞նչ խուժանություն է. ամեն լակոտ կարող է քնից արթնանալ ու նման բան ասե՞լ։ Մենք ա՞զգ ենք, թե՞ ինչ։ Ես 20 տարի բռնադատված եմ եղել և առաջնորդվել եմ Միքայել Նալբանդյանի գրած մեր օրհներգի բառերով, որ երանի նրան, որն իր ազգի համար է մեռնում։ Հիմա սա փոխարինել են ուզում՝ ինչո՞վ։ Ինչպե՞ս են համարձակվում դա անել, չէ՞ որ Սարդարապատում կռվողները հենց այս օրհներգն էին երգում»,- ասաց Հայրիկյանը։
