Արտաքին հետախության ծառայությունը լիովին գաղտնի են պահում

Բոլոր հաղորդագրությունների մեջ երեկ աչք զարնեց վարչապետի պաշտոնական կայքում զետեղված մի հայտարարություն։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հանդիպել է Արտաքին հետախուզության ծառայության ղեկավարության և ծառայողների հետ։ Վարչապետին զեկուցվել է ծառայության ձևավորման աշխատանքների ընթացքն ու 2024 թվականի գործունեության ծրագիրը։ Մտքեր են փոխանակվել, ժամանակակից մարտահրավերների հասցեագրման, ինչպես նաև պետության զարգացաման գործում Արտաքին հետախուզության ծառայության անելիքների մասին Փաշինյանն առաջադրել է կոնկրետ խնդիրներ։ Սովորաբար հաղորդագրություններն ուղեկցվում են տեսանյութերով, կամ լուսանկարներով, այս դեպքում որևէ լուսանկար չկա։

Հանրությունը մինչ այս պահը ծանոթ է միայն Արտաքին հետախուզության ծառայության պետին՝ նախկին օմբուդսմեն Քրիստինե Գրիգորյանին։ Ծառայության ղեկավար կազմից որևէ մեկի մասին ոչինչ հայտնի չէ, նրանց անունները նույնիսկ նշանակման դեպքում պաշտոնական տեղեկագրերում և կայքերում չեն զետեղվում։ Հիշեցնենք, որ այս ծառայությունը ստեղծվել է բրիտանական հատուկ ծառայությունների անմիջական վերահսկողության ներքո։

Փաշինյանը նպատակ ուներ թուլացնել Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը և ստեղծեց Արտաքին հետախուզության ծառայությունը, որտեղ էլ ծառայության ընդունում են միայն այն մարդկանց, ում բազմաթիվ եղանակներով ստուգում են։ Ըստ էության, Քրիստինե Գրիգորյանն ընդամենն այս ծառայության շիրման է, որը միջազգային գործընկերների մոտ դեմքի գեղեցիկ, կամ ոչ այնքան, ժպիտով ցույց է տալու Արտաքին հետախուզության մեղմ «դեմքը»։ Իրականում, Արտաքին հետախուզական ծառայությունը բավականին լուրջ կառույց կարող է դառնալ, եթե դուրս գա օտար վերահսկողության ծիրից և աշխատանքներ ձեռնարկի հանուն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության, թեպետ գործող իշխանությունների պարագայում նման հույսեր փայփայելը սին է։
