Իրականում ունենում ենք կազմաքանդման հրեշավոր պրոցես. Արշակ Կարապետյան

Հայաստանը դժվար ժամանակներ է ապրում և այսօր, ցավոք, պետք է արձանագրենք ոչ միայն պատմական տարածքների և ազգային հուշարձանների կորուստը, այլև մեր երկրի ինքնիշխանության, արդարության և լուսավոր ապագայի հանդեպ բնակչության հավատի կորուստը։ Այս վիճակի պատճառը տարբեր մակարդակներում իշխանությունների սիրողականությունն է, պետական շահերի նկատմամբ անհարգալից վերաբերմունքն է։ Այս արձանագրումն արել է «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժումը, որը ղեկավարում է պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանը։

Հայաստանում գործող իշխանությունների ոչ կոմպետենտության պատճառով սկսվում են բարեփոխումներ, իրականում ունենում ենք կազմաքանդման հրեշավոր պրոցես։ «Համահայկական ճակատի» առաջնորդ, պաշտպանութան նախկին նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանն է այդ մասին ասել իր վերջին հարցազրույցում, նշել, թե գործող իշխանությունները խորքային են կազմաքանդում ոչ միայն բանակը, այլև հասարակական կյանքի տարբեր ասպեկտները։

«Իսրայելի «Մոսադ» ծառայության ստեղծողին, երբ հարցրեցին, թե կա ինչ-որ բան, որից Մոսադը վախենում է, ասաց՝ այո՛, դավաճանությունը, գաղտնազերծումը և ռեֆորմը։ Կոնկրետ Պաշտպանության նախարարությունում անընդհատ ռեֆորմներ են իրականացնում, ով գալիս է սկսում է ռեֆորմներ մտածել, ու ոչ մեկ եղածը չի ամրապնդում։ Սկսած մանրունքներից սկսում են ատեստավորումներ, իսկ ով պետք է անցկացնի այդ ատեստավորումը, մի քանի երիտասարդներ՝ սիգարետները բերաններում քննություն են ընդունում գնդապետներից և մարդկանցից, ովքեր գեներալի հաստիքի են»,- նշել է Կարապետյանը։

«Համահայկական ճակատի» առաջնորդ, պաշտպանութան նախկին նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանը նշում է, որ գործող իշխանությունները փորձում են կազմաքանդել առաջին հերթին հայ սպայի տեսակը՝ վախի մթնոլորտ ստեղծելով, նրա ինքնագնահատականը իջեցնելով։ Սպան այսօր հեղիանակազրկվում է իր զինվորի, ժողովրդի մոտ, առհասարակ սպայի կոչումն է ոտնահարված, իսկ սպայակազմը ազգային հարստություն է։

«Սպայի արժանապատվությունը պահելը մեր ժողովրդի խնդիրն է, սպան անձնական պատիվը պետք է պահի, բայց ընդհանուր սպայական պատիվը դա մեր ժողովրդի խնդիրն է, և սպայի պատվի համար պատասխանատու է հենց երկրի ղեկավարությունը, իսկ իրենք ի՞նչ են անում, պայմաններ են ստեղծում, որ սպաները հեռանան, թող հայտարարեն վերջին երկու տարում մեր ռազմական ուսումնարաններում ինչքան երիտասարդ է ընդունվել և ինչքան երիտասարդ է ցանկանում դառնալ սպա, թող հայտարարեն»,- նշել է Կարապետյանը։

Փաստացի, գործող իշխանություններն ամեն ջանք գործադրում են Հայակականության վերացման, կազմաքանդման, թուլացման, միջանձնային հարաբերությունների խաթարելու համար, իսկ այսօր հարկավոր են մարդիկ, ովքեր հստակ հասկանում են Հայաստանի անվտանգային խնդիրներից և կարող են երկիրը հանել այս ճահիճից։ Միևնույն ժամանակ հարկ է ընդգծել, որ բանակում և նույնիսկ գործող իշխանությունների մեջ կան մարդիկ, ովքեր անտարբեր չեն իրենց երկրի ճակատագրի համար և իրենք էլ գիտակցում են, թե ո՞ւր է տանում Հայաստանը գործող իշխանությունները։
