«Իրական դպրոց»-ում բացվել է Հայաստանի առաջին սիրողական նետաձգության խմբակը

Ուսումնական տարվա սկզբին «Իրական դպրոց»-ի ուսանողների ջանքերով դպրոցում բացվել է Հայաստանի առաջին սիրողական նետաձգության խմբակը։

Նետաձգությունը զարգացնում է տարբեր հմտություններ, ինչպիսիք են՝ կենտրոնացումը, համբերատարությունը, տոկունությունը, կարգապահությունը և այլն։

«Սա այն մարզաձևերից է, որն անկախ ֆիզիկական հնարավորություններից և տարիքից՝ թույլ է տալիս մարդկանց վարել առողջ ապրելակերպ՝ մարզելով մարմինն ու միտքը»,- նշում է Հայաստանում առաջին՝ «Նաիրի» նետաձգության մասնագիտացված ակումբի համահիմնադիր Արթուր Փոքրիկյանը։

«Իրական դպրոց»-ի ուսանողներ Սոնա Սահակյանը և Անի Պողոսյանը տարիներ շարունակ մասնակցում են «Նաիրի» ակումբի մասնագիտացված նետաձգության դասերին։

«Միշտ հետաքրքրված եմ եղել հրաձգությամբ և ռազմական արվեստներով, բայց երբեք չեմ մտածել, որ կարելի է նետաձգությամբ զբաղվել, և, հատկապես, որ դա մարզաձև է։ «Նաիրի» ակումբի մասին իմացել եմ Սոնայից, և արդեն ավելի քան մեկ տարի մեծ սիրով ու հետաքրքրությամբ մասնակցում եմ դասերին»,- նշում է «Իրական դպրոց»-ի ուսանող, նետաձգության սիրողական խմբակի համահիմնադիր Անի Պողոսյանը։

Մարզաձևին սիրողական մակարդակով տիրապետելու հնարավորություն ստեղծելու նպատակով ուսանողները որոշել են «Իրական դպրոց»-ում նույնպես նետաձգության խմբակ ստեղծել։ Այն պաշտոնապես գործում է սեպտեմբերից։ Նախքան դասընթացների պաշտոնական մեկնարկը դպրոցում անցկացվել են փորձնական դասեր, որոնց միջոցով ստուգվել են դասածրագրերը, տարածքի հարմարավետությունը, ձեռք են բերվել անհրաժեշտ պարագաները և այլն։

«Դպրոցում խմբակ բացելը մեծ հնարավորություն է մարզաձևի նկատմամբ հետաքրքրություն ստեղծելու և ճանաչելիության մակարդակը բարձրացնելու համար։ Հետագայում նպատակ ունենք խմբակներ բացելու նաև այլ դպրոցներում,  որպեսզի միջազգային մրցույթների մասնակցելիս հայ մարզիկներն ավելի շատ լինեն»,- նշում է «Իրական դպրոց»-ի ուսանող, նետաձգության սիրողական խմբակի համահիմնադիր Սոնա Սահակյանը։

Նշենք նաև, որ դեկտեմբերին «Նաիրի» ակումբի նետաձիգները, այդ թվում՝ «Իրական դպրոց»-ի ուսանողուհիները, մասնակցել են Վրաստանում անցկացվող նետաձգության միջազգային մրցույթին, որտեղ ակումբի սաներից մեկը զբաղեցրել է երրորդ հորիզոնականը։ Մրցույթին մասնակցում էին ավելի քան 70 նետաձիգներ՝ Հայաստանից, Վրաստանից, Ղազախստանից, Տաջիկստանից և Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրություններից։

Հիշեցնենք, որ «Իրական դպրոց»-ը «Ինստիգեյթ» ներդրումային արվեստանոցի կրթական նախագծերից է, որը Հայաստանի տարբեր մարզերում իրականացնում է «Համակարգերի տեսություն» (Systems Theory) մասնագիտությամբ քառամյա ուսումնական ծրագիր։
