«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երևի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի «100 փաստն» ընդօրինակելով՝ ԲԴԽ նախագահ Կարեն Անդրեասյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում «Մի լավ բան» գրառումաշարք է սկսել: Դե, Փաշինյանի երևակայությունը հազիվ թե ունենան՝ պարբերաբար «100 փաստ» մոգոնելու համար, բայց օրը, օրումեջ մեկ «փաստ» մտածելն էլ է տարբերակ: Երեկ, օրինակ՝ ԲԴԽ նախագահը գրել է այն մասին, թե ինչքան լավը, անկախ ու անկողմնակալ է հայրենի դատարանը, առհասարակ, դատական համակարգը, ինչքան էլ «չկամները» քննադատում են: Հետաքրքիր է՝ այդ ո՞ր «զուգահեռ իրականության» մեջ է նա գտնվում: Ո՞ր Հայաստանում է նա ապրում:

Ի դեպ, նույն հարցը նաև էկոնոմիկայի նախարարին կարելի է տալ, որը զարմացած հարցնում էր լրագրողներին, թե որտեղի՞ց վերցրին, որ մարդիկ ավելի վատ են ապրում: Բայց, լավ, Քերոբյանի մասին հետո, չշեղվենք: Անդրեասյանի գրառման առիթը, երևի պետք է ենթադրել, մամուլում որպես «Գեբելսի գործ» անվանված պատմությունն է, երբ փաշինյանական վարչախմբի «պատժիչ համակարգը» որոշակի հետապնդում էր սկսել տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների փորձագետ Արմինե Ադիբեկյանի նկատմամբ: Բայց դատարանում այդ անեկդոտային «գործը», ինչպես ասվում է, փլուզվեց: Ինչևէ: Հիմա, պետք է ենթադրել, ԲԴԽ նախագահ Կարեն Անդրեասյանը դա հարմար առիթ է նկատել, որպեսզի «մի լավ բան» ասած լինի:

Բայց մենք էլ «մի լավ բան»-ի հանգվույն «մի «թարս» հարց» տանք Կարեն Անդրեասյանին, որի գլխավորած հիմնարկը հրապարակային պարզաբանմամբ էր հանդես եկել քաղաքական բանտարկյալ, ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանի նկատմամբ խափանման միջոցը չփոխելու մասին դատարանի որոշման վերաբերյալ, ըստ էության, խախտելով դատավարական էթիկայի նորմերը, եթե ոչ՝ գերազանցելով լիազորությունները: Այդ ինչպե՞ս է լինում, որ դատարանի որոշումը ավելի շուտ հայտնվում է ԲԴԽ-ի տրամադրության տակ, այլ ոչ թե՝ դատավարական կողմի, տվյալ դեպքում՝ մեղադրանքից պաշտպանվող կողմի: Առհասարակ, ինչի՞ է նման այդ դրսևորումը, երբ ԲԴԽ-ն հրապարակավ սկսում է հանրությանը համոզել, թե ինչքա՜ն ճիշտ է վարվել դատավորը, որ Արմեն Աշոտյանին կալանքի տակ պահելու որոշում է ընդունել: Վերջապես՝ ո՞վ է այդ որոշումը տվել ԲԴԽ-ին, երբ դատավարության մասնակիցներին անգամ չէր ուղարկվել: Լավ, ընդունում ենք, հարցը մեկը չէր, բայց մի կոնտեքստում է, ուրեմն, ընդունեք որպես «մի «թարս» հարց» կամ հենց «մի լավ հարց»:
