Ամենագետներ, բազմագետներ, ակունքնե՜ր իմաստության...․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորած կառավարության նիստերի ընթացքին, կոնկրետ՝ խոսքուզրույցին հետևելիս անհնար է չնկատել, թե որքան «բազմագետ», «ամենագետ», «խորագետ» կամ պարզապես «գիտուն» են կառավարության անդամները: Դե, Փաշինյանի մասին ընդհանրապես չենք ասում՝ նա այդ բոլորի հավաքական կերպարն է, տեղով մեկ՝ ակո՜ւնք իմաստության, ինչպես ասվում է: Շատ հեռու չգնանք ու վերցնենք կառավարության վերջին նիստը: Խոսք եղավ միջքաղաքային ուղևորափոխադրումներ իրականացնող ավտոբուս-միկրոավտոբուսների անվադողերի մաշվածության մասին: Պարզվեց՝ Փաշինյանն ու յուր նախարարները անվադողագետ են: Դե, որտեղ անվադող, այնտեղ՝ ճանապարհ, ասֆալտ:

Փաշինյանը, և դա արդեն հանրահայտ է, ասֆալտի, եզրաքարերի, ճանապարհափոսերի մեծ և անգերազանցելի գիտակ է: Բնականաբար, կառավարության նիստը վերածվեց նշված թեմայով դասախոսության, գլխավոր բանախոսն էլ... դե, պարզ է: Հետո հերթը հասավ դպրոցաշինությանը: Պարզվեց, որ դպրոցաշինություն ասելով՝ Փաշինյանի կառավարության ներկայացուցիչները նկատի ունեն... դպրոցի շենքը: Այստեղ արդեն իր գիտելիքներով փայլեց ԿԳՄՍ նախարարը, դե, Փաշինյանն էլ ձգտեց հետ չմնալ: Վերջում էլ, թե՝ «պետություն ունենալ պիտի սովորենք...»: Կրկնենք, սա մի դրվագ էր ընդամենը, այն էլ՝ կառավարության վերջին նիստից: Ու ոչ միայն կառավարության նիստերում են փայլում:

Հիշո՞ւմ եք՝ Փաշինյանը անասնապահին սովորեցնում էր, թե ինչպես է պետք ոչխար պահել: Գյուղացուն սովորեցնում էր, որ մոշ հավաքելու և հատկապես իրացնելու համար պետք է անգլերեն սովորել (դե, մոշի փշերը շատ են սիրում, երբ քաղի ժամանակ բնօրինակ լեզվով Շեքսպիրի սոնետներն են արտասանում): Երեկ պարզվեց, որ Փաշինյանը Հնդկաստանի Սահմանադրության մասնագետ էլ է... ...Քիչ էր մնում մոռանայինք (չնայած, դա մոռանալ կլինի՞), որ երբ «քովիդի» համաճարակը ներթափանցեց Հայաստան, երկրի վարչապետ ու համատեղության կարգով՝ գլխավոր «համաճարակաբան» Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հզոր համադարման առաջարկեց՝ «պինցետով, սխտորով, տնական արաղով...»:

Ասում ենք, չէ՞, բազմագետ են: Հավասարապես բոլորով հասկանում են մեքենաշինությունից, ճանապարհաշինությունից, դպրոցաշինությունից, առողջապահությունից, ռազմագիտությունից, կենսաբանությունից, անասնապահությունից, ազգային խոհանոցից, ֆինանսներից, իրավագիտությունից... Ու այստեղ մի միտք ծագեց. եթե Փաշինյանն ու նրա նախարարաթիմն այդքան բազմագետ են, ամենագետ և այլն, այսինքն, իսկական «զնատոկի», ինչո՞ւ մի թիմ էլ իրենք չկազմեն ու չմասնակցեն մեծ վարկանիշ ունեցող, հանրահայտ ու սիրված «Ի՞նչ, որտե՞ղ, ե՞րբ...» խաղին: Համ «փի-ար» կլինի, համ էլ իրենց բազմագիտունությունը ցույց կտան: Չենք կարծում, թե «պարոն հաղորդավարը» դեմ լինի մի նոր թիմի ներգրավմանը:
